A comparison between the two presidential candidates essentially comes down to the policies they propose
Let's firstly look at their policies on abortion
Trump: Is against Roe v Wade meaning that he will ban abortion with the exception of rape, incest or generally cases in which the mother's life is threatened
He also strongly supports fertility treatments, meaning he's in support of birth control medication as well as other contraceptives
Harris: Is in favor of Roe v Wade and wishes to reinstate it. This is the only thing she has said apart from attacks directed at Trump, ranting on falsely that he wants to limit women's rights
Who proposes a better solution? In my opinion, trump does because he doesn't support murder and it's perfectly logical that we all do unless we are sadists. However, he provides exceptions for when the mother's life is threatened which is the moral thing to do
Now let's look at border patrol, and the solutions they propose to the border crisis which includes illegal immigration
Trump: Says he will launch the largest deportation effort in U.S. history to send illegal migrants back to their country of origin. Trump will also require asylum-seekers from Mexico to remain there until their cases are fully processed. Instead of a catch and release method, he says he will have all migrants without authorization detained. He would also enact travel bans for migrants that originate from countries that threaten national security (Gaza STRIP, Yemen, Syria...). He will block communists and marxists from entering the US, end birthright citizenship for children born to illegal migrants. He will also continue to build border barriers and finally block Pro-Hamas Protests by sending deportation officers.
Harris: Will do absolutely nothing new
Who proposes a better solution? Obviously Trump does. Kamala proposes nothing new in order to battle the border crisis whereas Trump proposes a plethora of solutions. US citizens constantly critisize Biden and Kamala's policies and they have all reason to do so. Close to 250,000 illegal migrants crossed during December 2023, surpassing the previous high of 224,000 encounters in May of 2022, also under the Biden-Harris watch while in 2024, 10-15k illegal migrants cross the borders every SINGLE day. Trump doesn't only propose the better policies due to quantity of policies but also quality. I will take each policy one by one and explain the reasons for which i support them.

Trump: Will end the Green New Deal and exit the Paris Climate Agreement. He will also free up stores of liquid gold for energy development as well as speed up the approval process of natural gas pipelines into multiple states
Harris: Will back the Biden administration’s climate initiatives, including legislation providing billions in tax credits for renewable energy and electric vehicles
Who proposes a better solution: This decision is harder to make because both sides promise something as a solution but in the end what matters is that Kamala proposes nothing new. We need immediate results and the solutions need to be effective and since climate change hasn't stopped or slowed down these last few years, it is proven that the Biden administration's solutions are not effective. I think we need to give Trump a turn at the wheel so that he can actually prove to us whether or not he can combat this problem effectively.
We will lastly talk about crime because con and I agreed to keep characters low although there are many more policies i will consider in the following arguments
Trump: Will move homeless encapments out of cities, give police more authority and deploy military to fight the nation's drug problem as well as impose death penalties on drug dealers. He will also deliver funding to hire and retrain police officers as well as send federal prosecutors and the National Guard into high crime communities
Harris: Continue to grant clemency to people convicted of nonviolent drug offenses. She defended the cash bail system in a pair of federal court cases, shifting course only weeks before she entered the Senate. Argues for marijuana legalization, bail reform and a moratorium on the death penalty.
Who proposes a better solution: Both solutions have flaws. I disagree with Trump on things like imposing the death penalty on drug dealers but i also diagree with Kamala's approach since i find it very lenient and it actually doesn't provide a solution to crime, it doesn't minimize crime but it actually legalises certain crimes and make punishment for other crimes more lenient. This country needs law and order and Trump's solutions better ensure that the law is not broken because through these measures, punishment for crimes is increased, detering criminals from committing crimes while committing crimes becomes harder due to the amount of safety measures.
Now before i finish the argument and publish it, i want the readers of this debate to consider something crucial to this debate. Kamala has been in office for god knows how long as vice president alongside Joe Biden and she only now promises to make things right and provide solutions. She's doing something that's very immoral in my opinion because through her course of action, she basically says: I will make the country better (something she can't do) ONLY if you elect me and give me power

Do you remember what happened in 2020? Well, Covid-19 happened and Covid-19 is to solely blame because it caused widespread economic disruption and lockdowns. Unemployment rates were much better prior to the pandemic reaching a 50-year low of 3.5% in February 2020 while it is currently around 3.7% under Biden while Trump's stretch at 3.5% was much longer than Biden's at 3.7%

This is incorrect. It didn't increase by 40.5%, it increased by 17.7% and one thing you should know is that trade deficits aren't necessarily bad. They are neither good nor bad but complex, influenced by a variety of economic factors. In many cases, they are signs of a strong economy such as the one under Trump, prior to Covid.

The fact that you didn't use sources cancels out every argument or claim you make on your own and by the way, these are not arguments. These are cheap shots aimed at Trump which are usually not fully true or completely inaccurate and that's the reason i will stop responding, also due to the character limit i imposed on our arguments. However, since you chose this course of action, i will act in the same way by putting emphasis on the Biden Administration's failures
1)You are constantly talking about what Biden did, not what Harris did. Sure, she contributed to some decisions but we never actually saw her take decisions as a president like we saw Trump do. Therefore, Kamala's experience doesn't come close to Trump's as president.
2)Under Biden, more people have died from Covid-19 than under Trump even after the creation of the vaccines which shows how poorly Biden handled the situation. Biden also unconstitutionally ordered vaccine mandates, leading to the resignation or firing of thousands of police officers, firefighters, health care workers and armed forces personnel.
3)Biden constantly highlights the importance of enforcing federal law yet he so constantly fails to enforce it. He so harshly punished the January 6 Capital Rioters yet he failed to punish Antifa and BLM Rioters who tried to burn down a courthouse in Portland which was a much more serious federal crime. Talk about favoritism.
4)The Biden administration has also left the military with limited budgets and focuses on introducing "woke" concepts, compromising the military's basic function which is to actually defend the country.
5) Now, let's talk about the horrific withdrawal from Afghanistan. Biden pulled out the troops before getting out the civilians, green card holders and allies, then had to send troops back in to help them get out. Yet even then, Biden failed to get everyone out, despite promising to do so and left billions of dollars of arms and equipment in the hands of the Taliban
6) Now, time to talk about the border crisis. 10-15k immigrants cross the borders illegally every single day without repercussions. Thousands of illegal immigrants (so-called amnesty seekers) cross the borders and enter the country freely without their cases being processed at all. As a result, people infected with Covid-19 or other contagious and dangerous diseases, gang members, drug traffickers, sex traffickers and even individuals on terrorism watchlists are able to enter the country and what do they proceed to do? Increase crime rates
7) Inflation: Prices are rising steeply and inflation doesn't seem to slow down any time soon. Biden has imposed cruel taxing on the poor and middle class citizens while the economy is suffering from massive supply chain bottlenecks, with ships waiting weeks to get into ports, and a shortage of workers and truck drivers to deal with them once they get in.
Biden immediately canceled the Keystone XL pipeline, which would have employed 11,000 people. The oil that would have come through the pipeline will still come in, though by costlier and more polluting means (trucks and rail). At the same time, Biden gave his approval for the Nord Stream pipeline from Russia to Germany. 8)We also shouldn't neglect Biden's choice of appointees. Most of them have been selected based on their race, sex, LGBT status and not because of their qualifications. While he may think he made a good decision by appointing mainly diversity, his decision shows racism, sexism and homophobia because he treats these people like they're different than everyone else, giving them special privileges. Maybe its what kamala calls "wokeness". Maybe that's also the reason behind all these terrible decisions.

Now, let's talk about Kamala. Her record as Prosecutor doesn't correspond to the Democratic Party and its ideals. In fact, many critics labeled her as "ruthless" while she herself claims to be a progressive prosecutor

Now let's talk about the Kevin Cooper case in particular which Kamala managed to hide so well to the point where it was completely forgotten (or not)
Kevin Cooper was a Black man convicted in California of murdering four white people in 1983 and sentenced to death. He has maintained his innocence but lost at least a dozen appeals. He remains on death row in San Quentin State Prison
It appears that an innocent man was framed by sheriff's deputies and is on death row in part because of dishonest cops, sensational media coverage and flawed political leaders—including Democrats like Brown and Kamala Harris, the state attorney general before becoming a U.S. senator, who refused to allow newly available DNA testing for a black man convicted of hacking to death a beautiful white family and young neighbor

Kamala, according to what she has said, supports Israel's right to defend itself (she obviously supports it since economically it would be best if she did even if she didn't say so-> The US sells guns, planes, all types of equipment to Israel) while she also supports Palestine. Quality of life, meassured by liberty and lack of pain, also improves education. Education improves knowledge and society.
Allowing abortions improves education and liberty, since women dont have to drop out of school due to pregnancy.
Legal abortion reduces crime significantly, which improves lives of born people, and makes country more stable and happy.
You cant rape a woman to produce more humans. Fetus cannot non-consensually use woman's body to produce more life.
Banning abortion doesnt stop abortions, so as a policy it fails to achieve its goal while also causing harm.
Banning abortion increases prison population, lowers workforce and increases expenses of law enforcement, all contributing to further poverty.
Abortion is supported by majority, which means that banning abortion makes majority of people less happy, increasing pain.
Abortion supports body rights, which is necessary for increasing knowledge, thus for free speech, for truth and advancements.
So Kamala clearly wins on abortion issue, and my opponent never responded to my previous arguments against ban.
We see that by allowing migrants, crime rate is reduced because migrants, undocumented ones, have lower crime rate.
By allowing migrants, there is more workforce for economy, which improves quality of life, reduces poverty, increases GDP.
Trump has increased debt to GDP, and deficit, where Biden has reduced debt to GDP and budget deficit.
If Trump is elected again, he will again reduce taxes, cause budget deficit and increase debt to GDP.
It is clear that Kamala wins all important points. I have provided sources for these in round 2.

I have no disagreement with that argument allotment. While it could be expanded, not awarding arguments has a much lower burden of explanation.
I disagree with this vote because you say i provide facts that are not in favor of Trump but this is bcuz i wanted to focus on policies which i proved whose was better (Trump). This is the format i wanted to follow but con just started throwing cheap shots without a format, mentioning no format, so i rebuttled and debunked some without breaking character limit while i also threw some of my own directed at Biden. You have to understand that there are things like inflation or federal debt that every single president has increased bcuz it is impossible to decrease. I use these two examples of cheap shots that con threw because con clearly said trump increased inflation and federal tax but it was in fact the other way around completely. As far as Con goes, you say you liked their "pathos" better than mine while they didn't mention any policies bcuz they knew they had nothing to say to save themselves and most of the cheap shots they threw without format were debunked
