(1) Various mythical texts have mentioning about reptilian figures which were usually hostile towards mankind. Indian epics have mentioning about reptilian demons that could come out of water and destroy villages and cities. As there is no such earthly being that matches the description of the demons, it is evident that the mythical texts spoke about reptilian aliens only.

(2) Gucumatz, the Toltec Mayan god or Quetzalcoatl, the Aztec god were described as serpents of wisdom that enlightened mankind with the knowledge before civilizations were built. These gods are described having reptilian figures and large yellow eyes, proving that reptilian aliens existed in ancient times as well.

(3) There are some status and artifacts from ancient Sumerian civilization that looks like reptilian humanoids. These statues have large bulging eyes and reptilian features which prove that reptilian aliens were being encounter by ancient Sumerians as like people from other parts of the world.

(4) Reptilian aliens are being encountered even in the modern times. Herbert Schirmer, police officer from Ashland, Nebraska was abducted and taken aboard a spaceship where he had encountered aliens who bore a winged serpent emblem on the left side of their chest and had reptilian characteristics as well.

Yep...Exactly.

And the Sun used to orbit the Earth, back in those ancient times too.

And doesn't alter the fact that none of my delightful opponent's data output, actually substantiates their proposition.

To wit, "Aliens have visited Earth".

Aliens might have visited Earth. (Very unlikely though)

But all that we have is ancient imagination and Herbert Schirmer.

And I am not prepared to except either as definitive proof, capable of substantiating Pro's definitive proposition.

What about you voters?

Has my opponent proved beyond any reasonable doubt, that Aliens have visited Earth.

So.

Having found it immensely difficult to even achieve our nearby Moon.

Let alone exceed our solar system and cross vast light years of interstellar space.

Then how did humanoid reptilians succeed, Drlebronski.

Because; (and you can only speculate) they are super-technologically advanced.

Though all this begs a plethora of other questions.

Primarily though, why did they bugger off and never return?

Wouldn't one expect them to be zipping backwards and forth on a regular basis?

And perhaps leave us with a few substantial memento's.

Rather than a few crudely chiselled lumps of stone.

What we are dealing with here, are the limits of "ancient times" understanding, and consequent imagination.

Crudely recorded and never definitively substantiated.

It's 2021 and we should know better.

But hey.......That's the ongoing power of data transfer and unbridled human imagination.

Argument: Myth is not a sufficient argument to explain ancient and not so ancient depictions of creatures not necessarily of earth origin. Con presents a valid rebuttal: if aliens demonstrating these fantastic physical traits have been here historically, why haven't they returned in so obvious a fashion as historically? Pro had not rebuttal.
