The politicians of New York were purportedly prepared to offer a deal, in hopes that they might convince Amazon to build one of its headquarters in New York City. Supposedly, this was in one of the less off areas? The negotiations have ran their course, and the prospect has since fell through. Feel free to open any discussion on the matter.

A new trade agreement has been hammered out, redubbed the USMCA here in the States. It's been signed by the heads of state of Mexico, Canada, and the United States of America, but has yet to go through Congress. What do you think about it?

We literally have an amendment that says "shall not be infringed". Obviously a federal law "infringing" on that particular right is unconstitutional, and would hopefully be ruled against by the supreme court. You're not making any sense in that last one.

Where does the constitution say this?
The 9th amendment reminds us that it doesn't have to be enumerated. Freedom of travel is protected as a fundamental right.
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Plus, the question of where in the constitution it says the federal government cannot do something is backwards. The federal government does not have legal authority outside of what is mentioned in the constitution. What is not mentioned is reserved to the states, and to the people.

What are taxes?Theft?No. No moral interpretation simply state what they are.A car is a vehicle which gets you to point A to B. This is commonly used by humans to travel.
In this context, the tax is a confiscation of monetary capital. It should be predictable and something people can account for. In general terms, tax is considered something of a burdensome imposition.

If you are referring to reduction in CO2 emissions, I feel as though its probably too late to reduce them. There are more pressing issues around the world, and they will continue to rise.

I don't think its wise from a standpoint of national security to be using up our own finite reserves for the sake of decadence. Its in the economic interest of the United States to pursue a system that is more sustainable, and keep some juice in our back pocket until we can come up with a comparable energy storage/transfer medium, and we certainly want to stay on the forefront of technological innovation throughout the 21st century.

The atmosphere is thought to have changed in composition in the past. Logically, if the sources of fossil fuels were once living organisms, they would have extracted CO2 from their environment. By most estimates we have only hundreds of years of fossil fuel reserves at the current rate of consumption, meaning a significant amount of the material would be moved into the atmosphere in short order if we don't stop burning them to produce usable energy.

I like the steel posts. They should last longer than a fence. They're not quite as imposing as a wall since you can see through them, and well, they're posts. They probably won't get covered in graffiti, and as they degrade they will just get a little rustier, no cracks and crumbles. They can be installed in a straightforward manner even on unstable terrain, repaired and replaced individually if need be.

Joe Biden's family has done business with the Chinese. He's an experienced proponent of (free) trade agreements, and expresses sympathy to challenges faced by the regime. Thus far he's been pretty soft on China, not too far out of line with the American populous on other marks so he represents prospective stability.

While the paper is relevant to the subject, I don't see how it is helpful at explaining why minimum wage should be nationalized, rather than suited to local cost of living. There had better be a real good reason for complicating our relationship with the federal government, thus making it more challenging for the people to maintain leverage on other matters.

You are free to do as you choose. I'm probably not going to be all that interested in "defending" politicians so much as understanding, and having realistic expectations. I'm not going to argue about bigotry with you. When I wrote that it was expected to be simple, and there would be maybe one or two posts, and people would move on from a narrow point.
