Buddhism is a religion that has, from day one of me discovering it, to this very date fascinated me despite my family having inherent dislike for the philosophy and being angry at me for defending Buddhist monks among other things. My family generally has the idea that Buddhism is a religion of laziness and corruption that only is able to last due to others doing the work for the Buddhist. I won't go into specifics about my dad beyond that but it's understandable why his side of the family think this about Buddhists. 

As I grew I learned very much about the ideology and still today believe strongly in its methods and overall application but the core idea behind it is inverted. Buddhism aims to lead you to become nothing, to preserve things only so as to obstruct the rich and powerful and yet in practise Buddhism has always served the powerful by trying to be 'peaceful' and letting others hurt others around them remaining catatonic in the face of it.

Buddhism in many ways is what I call benevolent pyschopathy but the issue with this is that it ends up enabling the naturally gifted to brutally dominated the naturally cursed in an unfettered, Darwinistic manner. In being vegetarian and aiming to stop and hurt no one, you do end up somewhat helping the unfairly rich or unfairly powerful to continue on an upwards spiral of continual decimation of any who stand in their way. Buddhism is a good strategy to play it safe in life and end up happy at the sake of others but ultimately there's a core idea that I disagree with them on: not having ego and not being a hero.

You need to love yourself, you need to feel things... Deeply... Passionately. Otherwise why live at all? The Buddhist mentality would and has at times made me utterly suicidal. If you believe you're nothing, just a figment of reality happening by accident and aiming to just exist as is progressing towards nothing and being here for no purpose other than to eat, breathe and be a basic bitch then what the fuck are you alive for at all? Why not speed up the process and end it all? The enjoyment of life itself ends up contradicting the Buddhist ideology that says the reason you enjoy life is to aim to become nothing more than the moment here and now. If you're nothing more than the moment here and now, you can't then base everything on a greater philosophy that requires memory and strategy to maintain itself.

I believe strongly in ego and think we are taught to be humble because that benefits the powerful. If everyone is humble, aims to just live in their little corner assigned by the rich and ruthless, then no one changes anything and that lets them live in peace only so long as they ignore the agony and injustice at the hands of those around them. In the end, you can't be a proper Buddhist ever. If you sit by and do nothing, you're knowingly enabling the sadistic to be so, if you do act to stop them it requires ego, anger and passion which contradicts Buddhist philosophy at its core.

I understand why they choose to be cowards, it's a very calming way of life. I understand, really I do. That's why I aim to be only as calm as I need to be to fight another day. Stress has physical ailments as a result of it, you need to maintain a level of calm and zen and in that way I totally understand Buddhists and Taoists. Where I differ to the Buddhists is that the aim of this inner peace is to be the end in itself. Rather I believe it's the way to be smart and strong enough on the later times to fight smart and ruthlessly so as to stop a less smart but more unfair and ruthless group of leaders/tyrants.

The answer is no. No site has anonymous reporting that is reputable to the highest mod level. We originate from DDO, there's no question of that but both due to the religion-forum having equal say from the get-go to a series of events unfolding that led to a different ecology and thus social food-chain here, not only is RM no longer easy prey as he used to be but many who used to be powerful are now quite unlike what they were. The cliques are similar, sure, but to base this solely on DDO propagated cliques and to stop only at 'DDO-main' and 'religion' doesn't quite delve into it as well as the fact that you haven't taken into account that the types of user making duck-debates are the would-be-ones of a now extinct clique, the polls/opinions clique.

Without further ado, and with a hint of bias of course, I shall process to explore the cliques of DarC (DarC is correct, thank you for knowing that) that have evolved from the site's origin until now:

This clique is not inherently a clique (even to itself), it's a very wolf-like formation whereby the alpha is merely the one who's done the most damage and been the biggest in the direction the rest of the pack cling to in their own way. Drafterman has screamed a quietened agony perhaps felt for years on DDO but amazingly which, in contradiction, is screaming in support of Max's moderation style. It is unclear what exactly they stand for and there's little doubt in my mind that they'd pile on each other like a pack of (analogy-accurate) feral dogs if we were to let their band run things as the unfettered capacity to bully and taunt one another verbally would lead to brutal outcomes when one feels too hurt because not only are we not all built equally thick-skinned, but we're not all as difficult to abuse.

While strangely split in different ways, such as me being a highly efficient noobsniper, others wanting to create an entire elite-league on its own to stop the likes of me getting 'full respect' via a different rating system among them, we all have a lowkey unity in that we are here to debate and want some thrill and glory for being better, as good, or perhaps motivation to improve if we realise we truly are worse than the rest. We are here as a sport, to us it's less about the forums and worrying about blending in as such (although all mods are included in this clique as for now), this is the 'head down, work done' clique.

We want our name on that fucking wall, we want to be the coach other coaches recommend. We grind that elo each on our own way, some still failing as DarC is new but all fervently and never ever giving up their chance to go down as a legendary debater.

This isn't as simple as the religious-forums populace because not only are there those that frequent it who are not in this clique but, less intuitively it's also addressing those that spread out their loyalties but nearly solely use the forums for the purpose of religious debate. Sometimes they stretch out into very right-wing politics if they're religious or into epistemology if the other end of the spectrum but this is very much about defeating the other group and it's unclear whether the joy is from the process of typing the angry rants or of reading the reactions to said posts and threads. They love to talk and to be talked to in a mean, repetitive manner it's almost as if they thrive more the less hospitable their forum(s) become. This clique spans from politics through to philosophy and society as well as the main one but undeniably their home is the Religion Forums.

After some chatting with Castin (I am not exposing PM I am giving credit), I have realised something crucial about the Devil vs God dynamic that I keep saying is falsified by Rabbis, Priests and Imams. 

The Devil itself, be it Satan, Al-Shaitan or Iblis, is not actually (at all) the character Lucifer. Lucifer is an angel of God, and the punishment to Lucifer for defying God and rebelling as he did in the Old Testament and being the 'bringer of light' (head of Illuminati) is that he is forced to become a suicidal preacher of utter lies against his will. This is saying that JESUS is LUCIFER, do you understand yet? JESUS is the ANTICHRIST. 

Satan IS NOT Lucifer. Satan is God. Until you understand this, you won't comprehend how the religions of Islam, Judaism and Christianity are directly linked. Muhammad was being possessed by LUCIFER, Islam was a REVENGE by many fallen angels on God. This is why the religion inspires such violence and atrocities and why Christianity teaches us to be tame slaves saying 'ah but the powerful will suffer in the afterlife' LOL. Really I am beginning to piece some things together, it is very clever how he has pulled this off, guy is a fucking genius.

By fixing the glitches, responding to userbase equally fast to DI (DI was always beastly at that) and having mods who think in terms of impact of the breaking of the rules and not 'letter of the law' type rule enforcement and severity of punishment, the site has surpassed DI because DI has more glitches, although it still has more that it allows you to do in formatting in debates, and basically is totally lacking in the way it's set up and laid out. 

Unlike DI, in DA there isn't a strict hierarchy of people. I used to be the go-to person for DI but after I told him how stupid he was  being by spamming 'come to DI' on DDO when DDO was grieving the events of its downfall, he basically ignored me and spammed even worse the next day.

After that, the admin never once pm'd me again (which was strange as he'd ask me every month what opinions I had on the site's latest update etc) and frankly the crowd there is the dumber, more toxic people from DDO who went there instead of here as here they got banned.

Willows is the most hilarious as he got banned everywhere except DDO (on CD he got banned in 2 days but much like on DI wasn't using the name 'willows' you could just tell by the frequency of what he was posting).

The notion that staring at a screen for long periods of time is bad for POSTURE is true if you don't pay attention to how you sit/lay/stand while using it and position your neck relative to the screen but the added notion that it harms your eyes and optical health is only true if you don't do the following:

There is something called 'blue light' that is used in all screens (TV to computer to phone) to make it appear 'fresh' and 'vivid' to you. This is very good in short bursts at making things very powerful and appear 'wow this screen is so good' but is extremely detrimental to your eyes after long periods of use and somewhat ironically makes your eyes quite 'unblue' and red after long periods of staring at it. This even can damage your ability to process light if you 'toughen yourself up' to it and destroy your retina by making yourself seemingly immune to the eye strain's felt pain and irritating via conditioning yourself to it by extensive exposure. This is NOT a conspiracy theory, many screen-based technology providers acorss multiple platforms have realised this is the single thing harming people like me who are staring at the screen all day but for whatever reason failed to advertise or make 'big' their in-built solution in all models of things made post-2014 towards October 2015. They added something that Google calls 'amber lighting' but most call 'night light' (and Google ended up using that term too). It artificially makes all colours that stray away from orange to be toned down in what is shown to you (they can't actually 'cut out' or 'reduce' the 'blue light' element to the screen). What this does in turn is make your eyes receive a less vivid but extremely soothing version of whatever you are seeing whereby the glare and harshness is completely blunted if you set the strength at the right level but don't go all the way 'red' or 'extreme amber' nor forget the role that BRIGHTNESS plays in the harm to your eyes. 

A key aspect to most tech with screens (if not all by this day and year) providing amber-increasing screen intonation is that it enables you to not have to reduce the brightness to such a severely dark level that your eyes are strained ANYWAY as you have to make the screen so dark that you struggle to 'focus' on it relative to the brightness of the lighting around you. This means you can now have your screen as bright (although i suggest 'one notch darker') than the lighting of your room/environment but have it ambered to such an extent that the focusing on the screen doesn't 'hurt' or redden your eyes for a long time.

Some platforms, such as Windows, 'force' you to set a time that you consider 'night' for the amber lighting to be activated during and it will turn back to blue-light-inclusive non-ambered screen for the rest of the time. A trick to get around this is to leave a fifteen-minute gap where your 'end time' is fifteen minutes earlier than the time of the 'start'. If you set it so they are the same time, it will never activate and you can't be more precise than 15-minute-slots as that's how Microsoft has decided to do it for now. When the fifteen-minute period begins (or when you are in a period of time where you know you'll be on during the fifteen minute period) set is for a fifteen minute period far away form the time you're using it. Do this constantly, there's no other solution. You want to be constantly doing it and never staring at non-ambered screen, this does what 'gaming glasses' do without costing a single extra cent or penny beyond what you paid for your system.

What if, then, we look at religions and symbolism? Out of the three Abrahamic religions, the one to not have a star, resembling illumination, is Christianity. Christianity has a cross, and an X is used to tell you which is incorrect, or wrong. JC stands both for Jesus Christ and Judeo-Christian meaning that the purpose of Judaism was to inspire Christianity and the purpose of Christianity was to complete Judaism. They are not the full answer and never were intended to be, which is why the moon in Islam signifies that it is a reflection of the Sun and that there's much more yes to be 'illuminated' (the moon is only a Crescent moon) than even Islam can provide but it is the right step on the journey to enlightenment. All other religions lead to my theory as well. The only issue is in Hinduism they split god into three parts at the top (Shiva, Vishnu and Brahma) and the God-force has a masculine name in their language: Brahman (not the same as Brahma, a rank above, the raw essence). But tell me something: If Brahma is 'the creator' and Brahman is the essence/resource/means to produce and perhaps 'reproduce' with, and Brahma is a male then what gender is Brahman? Vishnu and Shiva are actually the same being and personality of God, this is a LIE to say they are different. sure, they are different personas and roles but they are all elements of the same being and the reason Brahma is a different looking, elder-type with a non-blue skin colour is a clue that signifies that the creator is ancient and the role of creating is fundamentally the 'true nature of God' while the destroyer and 'balancer' are merely ways to make her reality interesting and unpredictable if she can harness the RNG nature of reality itself (after all God is not actually omnipotent, she's enslaved to what she is, thinks and desires).

In Buddhism the idea that there is 'no god' is hilarious. Really, who are you kidding? When you meditate, WHAT or WHO are you getting 'in touch with'? If it's yourself then you'd sooner get in touch with yourself by not meditating and thinking. Instead you are getting in touch with reality itself, and what can make things be real that are organic? Your version of Elo is incorrect. You should be able to lose Elo for other people beating your opponent over time, not gain it.

What you have done with your current Elo algorithm is given higher skill rating to people who beat an easy opponent before it's known he/she is easy which is actually nonsensical to do. Both Drafterman and Virtuoso should have identical Elo at this point.
