Any republican in a liberal environment will have a 40 percent so called win rate. It's called popularity. First off and I think I told you before, don't go by implication but exact words.
Secondly I'm not disputing the law. I think I said it was at least a technicality that the adult person is charged. But it is possible there's actually no harm done compared to a predator molester abuser situation.
I keep saying over and over no matter how much you run from it, there are young boys who you call victims that enjoy themselves in these situations.
How do you think these situations kindle?
