That private case has nothing to do with the Trump campaign or his 2020 election suits.
The case by these petitioners was already heard and dismissed. This was an appeal and was dismissed for lack of standing.
Nonsense is still nonsense on appeal. And this one wasn’t even filed by the Trump campaign

That’s just not true. There has been polling that shows 20-30% of Trump supporters won’t come out to vote GOP or will write in Trump. Meanwhile, even after every indictment, Trump is running on par with Biden in the polls. Even if he is sent to jail, there’s no guarantee that it will affect him in the polls. 4 indictments haven’t so far.

It’s not a crime to send alternate slate of electors. The “real” ones get verified by the executive and state legislatures, so the VP and tellers know that they’re the ones to be counted.

Yes, it is a crime when the winner won by more than 10,000 votes and it is part of a scheme to overturn the votes in multiple states.
Trump also attempted to get the Justice Department to lie in a statement to the state legislatures that they suspect voter fraud in those states. The AG and dozens of others threatened to resign en masse if Trump followed through with his plan by appointing Jeffrey Clark.
