Shouldn’t surprise anyone the leftist lies and continued race hoaxes on firmly established facts involving cases like Michael Brown being proven that the entirety of the blame/fault rests with thugs like Michael Brown and the police did absolutely nothing wrong (ie - legally justified shooting).

Thoughts on the democrats proliferating the race baiting and hoaxes to further widen the divide in America based on race?

When black people are obviously shot and killed by police at a much higher rate than white people, one must naturally wonder how obvious the racism has to be for people to notice it being there.

More obvious than all the examples that were posited to me which turned out to be lies or perpetrated by black cops.

I mean that is quite a fact in itself: In a country of 350 million they (the race baiters) can't find a single instance of a racist white cop murdering somebody?

I'm surprised at that, either they're terrible at looking or it just doesn't happen which is an amazing achievement.

Racism, a persisting issue in the United States, eludes simple explanations. Its intricate roots can be traced back through the nation's history, societal structures, and individual biases. Understanding its existence requires acknowledging multifaceted factors that perpetuate this harmful ideology.

Firstly, history plays a pivotal role in fueling racism. Centuries of slavery, followed by systematic segregation and discrimination, have left lasting scars. These injustices and the resulting intergenerational trauma have created a deep-seated division among races, hindering unity and fostering prejudice within society.

Secondly, structural inequalities contribute significantly to the persistence of racism. Racial disparities are evident in various areas such as education, wealth, and healthcare. These inequities stem from policies that favor a dominant group, perpetuating racial hierarchies. Economically disadvantaged communities face limited opportunities for socioeconomic advancement, perpetuating biases and prejudices.

Thirdly, racism persists due to the preservation of cultural norms and ingrained beliefs. Stereotypes, passed down through generations, perpetuate prejudice and discrimination. Individuals growing up in racially homogenous environments often lack exposure and understanding of diverse cultures, reinforcing mistrust and misunderstanding.

Moreover, individuals' implicit biases perpetuate racism in society. These deeply rooted attitudes, often subconscious, influence perceptions and lead to discriminatory behaviors. Biases are shaped by various factors, including media depictions, personal experiences, and cultural influences. Challenging these biases requires self-reflection, education, and empathy-building strategies.

Political factors also contribute to the existence of racism. Political leaders' rhetoric and policies play a crucial role in shaping public opinion. Politicization of issues related to race and immigration reinforces divisions rather than fostering inclusive dialogues. Polarizing rhetoric can foster a climate that normalizes racist behaviors and contributes to the perpetuation of discriminatory systems.

In addition, the emergence of social media and online platforms has provided a platform for the spread of hate speech and racial discrimination. The relative anonymity and lack of consequences on these platforms enable individuals to express their prejudiced attitudes without repercussion. Online echo chambers further exacerbate these views, as individuals seek and find reinforcement among like-minded individuals.

It is crucial to recognize that each of these factors is interconnected and operates in a complex web. Overcoming racism requires a multipronged approach that addresses these various aspects. Education plays a central role in dismantling the perpetuation of racism. Schools should foster inclusive curricula, teaching accurate histories and encouraging empathy and understanding among students.

Beyond education, policies aimed at eradicating systemic inequalities are essential. Fair and unbiased approaches to criminal justice, employment, housing, and healthcare can help dismantle structures that perpetuate racial disparities. Political leaders and decision-makers must prioritize inclusivity and actively work towards social justice.

Individual responsibility is paramount in combating racism. Engaging in self-reflection, challenging biases, and fostering interracial dialogue can contribute to personal growth and dismantling discrimination. It is crucial to actively listen to marginalized voices, amplify their narratives, and champion their fight for equality.

Together, as a society, we must strive to create a more inclusive and equitable future. By collectively dismantling racist ideologies, addressing systemic inequalities, and fostering empathy, we can create a society where race does not determine one's opportunities or worth. It is not an easy process, but it is necessary for progress towards a truly equal and united nation.

You’re wrong though. Whites and Hispanics are shot far more than blacks.

And studies replicated have proven for a fact cops are less likely to pull on black suspects.

According to data collected by The Washington Post, police shot and killed at least 1,055 people nationwide last year, the most since the newspaper began tracking fatal shootings by officers in 2015. That is more than the 1,021 shootings in 2020 and the 999 in 2019.

Black people, who account for 13 percent of the U.S. population, accounted for 27 percent of those fatally shot and killed by police in 2021, according to Mapping Police Violence, a nonprofit group that tracks police shootings. That means Black people are twice as likely as white people to be shot and killed by police officers.

Not really, there isn't an army looking for black cops shooting white people ready to take that alone as proof of racism.

Yeah, cause no one cares when a blacks person kills a whites person…despite the fact they kill whites at a rate 2x that of whites killing blacks. Ans despite that fact, white cops pull more on other whites and Hispanics more than blacks…resulting in more whites and Hispanics being killed than blacks. FACT!

There's a million racist web sites and Einstein here goes to a DEBATE site expecting an echo chamber for racist hate speech.

Maybe we should go to Stormfront and ask everybody to hold hands and sing Kumbaya  in the name of diversity.

I just love how racists spew hatred towards minorities, attacking, disparaging, and disenfranchising others untill they hear the word racist, and then they whine like crybaby little bitches, "boo hoo hoo, I'm a victim, they are discriminating against me".  What a joke.

I remember a day when racists manned up and owned it, somewhere along the way they became gutless snowflakes, people used to fear racists, now they laugh at them.  The new official racist uniform should be a red styrofoam nose and giant floppy shoes.

Yet I'm not laughing, in fact what you're doing here is quite disgusting.

"spew hatred" "attacking" "disparaging" "disenfranchising"

The claim is that a falsehood has been advanced. You are in essence claiming that the OP claim is so false that OP knows its false and FURTHER that the only possible motivation for knowingly making false claims is racial hatred. You don't discuss reasons, you don't care about the enormous burden of proof you incur by such assertions.

That attitude doesn't belong on a debate site, it is deep within the definition of bigotry, and it is a threat to human enlightenment in general.
