Human logic can be only one of these 3:

1) Circular

2) Based on premises which are accepted as truth without asking for reason for the premises

3) Infinite reasoning

All 3 of these forms of logic are flawed.
1) is a logical fallacy.
2) is based on no proof.
3) cannot be proven at all, since infinity cannot be demonstrated.

However, if we accept any of these as basis for our logic, we end up proving God.

1) Circular logic: God exists because Bible says so. Bible is true because it is the word of God.

2-1) Unquestionable premise: God exists because it says so in the Bible. Bible is unquestionable.

(Awkward moment for people who think feelings are unquestionable).

2-2) If feelings are unquestionable, that means God exists because many people feel the presence of God.

3) Infinite reasoning: God exists because of infinite amount of reasons, such as God1, God2, God3...

So therefore, no matter what logic we use, God exists.

I prefer to believe that God exists.

The idea that nothing exists seems kinda boring, despite the situation we are in: either God exists, either everything is false.

I can feel God. He talks to me. So I believe he exists.

You have essentially said that:
God can be proven using fallacious logic
But not that:
God can be proven using non-fallacious logic
So did you prove anything? No.

Hey Besty,

People have been attempting to baffle brains with bullshit ever since they came up with the idea of a GOD.

Let's call this one the Bestological Argument.

But just bear in mind that for every Bestological argument there is always  a counter-logical argument.

Man made up GOD, and then wrote a book that cannot prove GOD.......Simple.

If you read it again carefully, you will see that all human logic is fallacious.

"Non-fallacious logic" doesnt exist.

Therefore, either God exists either nothing does.

But you concluded surely the former despite there being “no” sure logical basis for so. What makes you so sure?

Also, as an “atheist”, I would believe that God “does” exist as an idea because it is an existing idea that can be constructed using the mind. Does that mean anything to the religious agenda? Negative.

Yes. There is no sure logical basis for anything, not even for this sentence.

What makes you so sure?
If we accept any logical standard, we prove God. If we reject all logical standards, we cant prove anything then.

Also, as an “atheist”, I would believe that God “does” exist as an idea
This has nothing to do with God as an idea, but  people feeling that God exists, people talking to God, people hearing and seeing God.
So either feelings are true and God exists, either feelings are false and nothing exists.

Actually, either we can prove that God exists either we cant prove anything.

The proof of God is the same as proof for anything else.

How do you prove that Earth exists? You see it? Well, I have seen God. Therefore, God exists. Plenty of people have seen God and felt his presence.

How do you prove that logic exists? You accept it without question? Then I can accept God without question. So there is an equal amount of proof for the existence of God and for the existence of logic.

If you can accept anything unquestionably, I can accept God unquestionably. Therefore, God exists.

How do you prove that you exist? You accept it unquestionably? Does "accepting something unquestionably" counts as proof for that something's existence? If yes, then me accepting God'existence unquestionably counts as proof for God's existence.

Therefore, no matter what logic we use, we end up proving God.

Logic itself is based on a fallacy of accepting things unquestionably. Therefore, there is as much proof for God as there is for logic.

So does logic exist?

As explained, logic itself is contradictive with itself.

For example, people who accept God being true reach opposite logical conclusions from those people who accept that God isnt true.

So both of their logic is logical, yet contradictive.

Logic depends on unquestionable values.

You accept that what you see is what exists. You accept it as unquestionable.
I accept that God exists to be unquestionable.  Therefore, God exists.

If accepting something as unquestionable makes it true, then "God exists" is true.

If accepting something as unquestionable does not make it true, then logic can never be true since it being true depends on accepting unquestionable values.

You think that what you see exists. I think that God exists.

There is no reason to think that what you see exists.

If what you see exists because you think it does, then God exists because I think that God exists.

If you need a reason to believe in something, then you cannot believe in logic since logic demands of you to accept things as true for no reason.

So a belief in God is as justified as the logic itself.

If anyone wishes to disprove the given topic by presenting proof that logic exists, please do so. Dont be shy.

Try not to commit circular reasoning, infinite reasoning or fallacy of unquestionable values.
From what we have seen so far, the proof for the existence of logic is same as proof for the existence of God, which is kinda awkward.

For sure, proof is only relative to available systems.

Logic is a term applied to system processing......(Perhaps logic does or doesn't occur, rather than does or doesn't exist).

Whether or not logic aptly describes BK's methodology is arguable.

As most things are arguable.

GOD principle sound.

But not necessarily a floaty about Middle Eastern type bloke.

Of course, depending upon which picture book image of JesusGOD you relate to it could also look a bit Scandinavian.

Other ethnic versions are available.

And imagination and delusion are no more or less internal simulations of an unprovable external reality.

Therefore BK cannot prove ExternalGOD.

Nor InternalGOD, because Internal GOD is wholly self contained.

I dont think we can prove that such processing actually exists.

As most things are arguable
This is an assumption. We didnt even prove yet that most things exist.

So barring actual proof of anything, I am left only with assumption.

Therefore I assume everything, including the assumption that I was accused of being assumptive.

As a hypothetically  assumptive processing unit I am happy with this assumed new reality.

Because this means that I can assume that I don't need to pay my energy bills, instead of assuming that I need to.

And any other previously bothersome disturbance to my assumed existence can also be similarly disregarded.

And when I assume that the Bailiff's are knocking at my door demanding that I settle my debts.

I will just assume that they are not there.

Just voices in my head, I assume.

BRILLIANT.

First you need to prove that those energy bills exist. We cant just assume that something exists for no reason.
