Saying "I was raped" is a claim. Its not proof of anything. Its not even a proof that rape happened.
In order to prove that she was raped, there need to be:
1) Witnesses who saw rape
Or
2) Traces of rape, such as injury or signs of struggle.
If these 2 lack, then you have no case.
