Also, 81% of all school shootings involved at least one handgun, even the school shootings that don't make the news.

There's no logical reason to upgrade those handguns.

If you want to go on a shooting spree, a government sanctioned handgun with a standard clip is more than than adequate and acceptable without the unnecessary upgrades.

Anyone that says guns are the problem, is arguing that the gun killed the person, not the individual firing the gun. 

So when an officer comes to arrest you for shooting someone, you won't be convicted, because it was the guns fault, not yours.

Banning them means they will be sold illegally.
Being illegal could discourage some people from getting into guns, but we would really have to ban toy guns then too... oh the slippery slope. Next we will be banning knives to replace them with plastic knives because it logically follows from the premise of item being dangerous.

I liked guns as a kid. Now I hate them. However, I wouldnt go around saying they should be banned. Thats just stupid logic that we start blaming items for what people do with them.

I know a lot about the law, more than you; I know a lot about mental illness as I minored in psychology and study/refer to the DSM when helping veterans, more than you; I know a lot about a lot of things; but I know little to nothing about a lot of things too. Everyone is ignorant to varying degrees wholly dependent on their education, and what subject matters they have studied in depth, either personally or academically.
