@hey-yo
seems to polarize the abortion debate for those who are unaware that they themselves (whom may be athiest) could be on either side regardless of personal belief.
Good. It would be good if atheists, after reading my comments, started saying how they support abortions. It would make my work on them easier, by simply proving the Christian morals to be superior to whatever they come up with. After that, they would be forced to forever abandon the abortionist world view, possibly together with their atheism.

If you are against abortion, would it not be better for a person to agree with you on that topic than to go against?

I'm an Atheist in the popular sense.

And I neither support nor condemn abortion.

Morality is subjective and rife with hypocrisy, or more correctly atheists and theists alike, are rife with hypocritical morals.

And as we know from the book itself, the bible is rife with the ambiguous and contradictory morality of people. As recorded by people.

The Bible can be pretty infanticidal.

The Christian tends to say, "He's God, so he can't be wrong."

I tend to say, "He's wrong, so he can't be God."

That's pretty much all there is to it imo.

They will agree after being presented with the morality of life, or they will remain in delusion irrelevant of what I tell them, which will expose their delusions to others and make others more supportive of the morality of life. In either case, I benefit.

Morality is subjective
Subjective, objective... matters not.

What you choose is what makes a difference. What everyone chooses is what makes a difference.

You either support the morality of life, either you dont.

You either want life, either you want death.

A simple choice, really.

Is a complete lie. If you read the Bible, you would know that it supports life, not death.
The command "thou shall not kill" and the command to multiply the human life on Earth tells us to increase human life, not decrease it.

Which one of these commands is infanticidal?

Well as I see it, life and death is never a choice.

We do not choose to be born, and very few people choose to die.

And I'm not certain what is meant by the "morality of life" .

Life is a physical state and process. Objective. Not that it necessarily matters

Whereas morality is a concept derived of cognitive function. Subjective. Not that it necessarily  matters.

And the Bible is not the word of a creator-GOD. It is a compilation of the words of various human beings. Something that pseudo-christians and christians alike, conveniently overlook.

Well as I see it, life and death is never a choice.
So when people choose to abort their children, is that not the choice?
When people choose to kill others, is that not the choice?
When people choose to let others die or starve, is that not the choice?

Every human has a choice. You can support life or you can destroy life.
The morality of life: thou shall not kill, multiply and populate the Earth, is the perfect moral system for humans.

Accept it, or dont. It is up to you.

Well.

The chooser has a choice and the victim doesn't.

And the bible is rife with killing, and multiplying and populating is how we are programmed.

And we make up very selective and contradictory morals with regard to life.

We both, support and destroy life.

And the bible is rife with killing
But who does the Bible kill? The evil people. Those who, if left alive, would greatly destroy the amount of life around them.
If a man kills 10 people, and is about to kill 20 more people, killing him would save those 20 lives.
The morality of the Bible is such that it seeks to increase the amount of life, and remove the killers of life from society.
It has the strict command: Thou shall not kill. It has the strict command: populate the Earth with human life. These commands are what makes its morality. Its morality is the best for humans and for human society, and for the survival.

multiplying and populating is how we are programmed
It would be a mistake to rely on your programming alone. Actually, some people choose not to have children. Hence, they must be motivated to have children.
The capitalist society rewards those who choose to have no children. It rewards them with extra money and extra free time. This sick society in which the reproduction is punished has the backward thinking, which it calls modern thinking.

And we make up very selective and contradictory morals with regard to life.
The Bible already has the answer: tree that gives good fruit and tree that gives bad fruit. If we see that our actions diminish the amount of life as a result, the choice to continue with those actions would be against God's word.
While some disagreement is inevitable, having proper morals is better than not having them.

We both, support and destroy life.
This is your equalization of the opposites: those who find life to be most important, and those who dont. There cannot be an equalization between those two. One fights for life. The other for death.

We both, support and destroy life.
Humans are animals that have access to Meta-space mind/intellect/concepts and ego.

We become livestock when treated inhumanely by  other humans.

Population grows and resources on Earth running out and not supplemented by newer safe renewable sources, yet.

Human greed and lack of cooperation spells dooms-day sooner rather than later is my best guess.

Oops, I forgot this superstition catagory. Sorry

Is a complete lie. If you read the Bible, you would know that it supports life, not death.
It supports life if God wills it, and death if God wills it.

It supports liberation if God wills it, and oppression if God wills it.

It supports peace if God wills it, and violence if God wills it.

It supports the protection of babies if God wills it, and the slaughter of babies if God wills it.

It supports God's will, that is all, and sometimes God's will is moral by modern standards, and sometimes it is immoral by modern standards.

Is a false statement. Bible's command to humans is to protect life and increase it. God destroys evil to create good. God destroys life only when such action creates more life.

sometimes God's will is moral by modern standards, and sometimes it is immoral by modern standards.
Is an obvious lie. Modern standards of morality dont exist. Different societies have different moral standards. All societies were built on morality and only exist because they followed the morality of the Bible to some extent. Morality of the Bible, being perfect, creates perfect society. Deviations from the morality of the Bible create death and the diminishing of life. Thats why "thou shall not kill" exists in the law of USA, Germany, China, Russia, England, France...ect. It is because that is the most perfect law given to us by the God of the Bible. The more the country applies such law, the better the country becomes. Bible's standards of morality were historically proven to be the best. The standards of "thou shall not kill" and "thou shall multiply and populate the Earth" are the best standards of morality in the entire history of humanity. Humans that reject those standards, irrelevant if due to atheist delusion or a mental disorder or an intellectual deficit, have no morality of life. They have the morality of death. Such morality causes them to perish in this world and the next. Only the morality of life is the perfect morality. It is up to people to accept it. If you reject the life, you accept death. Anyone not supporting life supports death and shall be rewarded accordingly in this life and the next.

Yep, I did/do.

I always talk inside my head as I type. Simultaneously.

And then I will re-read it inside my head to check for errors.

Often several times.

Though It's me talking.

Not really sure if it's robotic.

Don't think that it's Dalekic.

And yep, I'm still programmed.

Though the equipment isn't quite as enthusiastic as it once was.

Same applies to the entire machine as one gets older I suppose.

Though the onboard computer is still reasonably enthusiastic.

Can sit down for that.

Things to do elsewhere now.

Bye Bye.

Exodus 12:29
What exactly confuses you about exodus 12:29?

Do you think that God arbitrarily kills people who are good or who will be good? And do you think that the result of God's actions is death, and not an increase in life?

And we are still programmed to multiply and populate.
Which is the opposite of:
But we invented contraception and enjoy alternative methodology.
So you invest in destroying your seed and destroying life, despite God's command being not to spill your seed.
Your society thinks of itself as smarter than God? When your society inevitably collapses and turns to greater evils, will you blame God for those evils or will you blame yourself for not following commands of God clearly given in the Bible?

And prove that you do not support both the destruction of life and the preservation of life.
Lets see: "Thou shall not kill" and "fill the Earth with human life". Which one of these commands tells us to destroy human life?

The Bible is telling us to save life and increase it. Thus, the followers of the Bible have historically worked to save life by banning and discouraging abortions and contraceptives.

Ok so the errors. If we are to take everything litterally then the provided quotes contradict each other.

JESUS IS GODFor there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.” (1 Timothy 2:5)

Everything bellow this point is given by someone who is not Jesus.

Some are prophetic as to what will happen which does not provide moral expression that the actions done are accepted.

For the one acception, genesis, we can see no reference to infants. Perchance this is stretching it but again we are looking at all things literal.

We should also ask ourselves what is the moral objection in a god causing a person to pass from our world to an afterlife? We are assuming god exists therefore the afterlife exists.

For anyone wanting to suggest this implies murder is ok- no. As said before the morality between humans is not the same as morality between humans and other beings.

1. JESUS' INSPIRED WORDS AS GOD STATED: "Happy the man who shall seize and smash your little ones against the rock!" (Psalms 137:9)

2. JESUS AS GOD STATED: Their children also shall be dashed to pieces before their eyes; their houses shall be spoiled, and their wives ravished.” (Isaiah 13:16)

3. JESUS AS GOD STATED: “Samaria shall become desolate; for she hath rebelled against her God: they shall fall by the sword: their infants shall be dashed in pieces, and their women with child shall be ripped up.” (Hosea 13:16)

4. JESUS AS GOD STATED: "Now go and strike Amalek and devote to destruction all that they have. Do not spare them, but kill both man and woman, child and infant, ox and sheep, camel and donkey." (1 Samuel 15:3)

5.  JESUS AS GOD STATED: "So the Lord said, “I will wipe from the face of the earth the human race I have created—and with them the animals, the birds and the creatures that move along the ground—for I regret that I have made them." (Genesis 6:7)

6. JESUS AS GOD STATED: The people of Israel are stricken.  Their roots are dried up; they will bear no more fruit.  And if they give birth, I will slaughter their beloved children. (Hosea 9:11-16)

Exodus 12:29 obviously contradicts what you say, unless you want to think otherwise.

And population growth rate is what it is, relative to intellectual and material development. Not really anything to do with the biblical GOD, though it can be if that is what you want to think.

And the two most populous nations on the planet, pay little regard to the bible, which also contradicts what you say, though it doesn't if that is what you want to think.

And smart is as smart does. So you want to think that there is a smarter GOD. Your call.

And "thou shalt not kill".  Well, 12:29 contradicts this. Though you conveniently brush this fact aside because that is what you want to do.

So people choose to interpret and reinterpret  compilations of  old  texts based on the time worn notion of a GOD.

Same old sh*t Eugene.

Still no GOD as such though, only the imagination of various deists.

And "thou shalt not kill".  Well, 12:29 contradicts this.
Is a false statement.
The command "Thou shall not kill" when applied to a situation where killing is inevitable, tells us to act to reduce killing. The God acted so in 12:29.
To kill 1 person to save 20 people or to kill 20 people to save 1 person, the moral choice is obvious there.
Only a weak atheist wouldnt be able to decide if its better to save 20 people or to save just 1 person.

And population growth rate is what it is, relative to intellectual and material development.
Is correct. The intellectual development is founded on God's commands. There is no society that can exist without following "thou shall not kill" morality to some degree. Establishing proper morality that protects and increases life is crucial for every society. The Bible gave two standards: protection of life and an increase of life. These standards are perfect. The laws being based on these standards are better than laws based on any other standards. So when the Bible gave us these perfect standards, it helped us greatly in making laws and decisions. To reject these standards would be foolish, since the morality system based on them is the best we have.

And the two most populous nations on the planet, pay little regard to the bible
Is misleading. The Christianity has the largest number of followers in the world, and some of the strongest countries in the world are Christian countries. So counting people across the whole world, Christianity has the greatest numbers and greatest strength. Further, just because other countries dont officially relate to Christianity doesnt mean that they are not applying some of the principles of the Bible. India too has a principle of "thou shall not kill", and has set up conditions for people to multiply. However, I have already told you what difficulties China and India face due to some of the sins committed there. (Incest and dog eating = diseases and disorders).
