Also, my apologies for acting too quickly in DP3. SirAnon tagged me with a message about That2 being caught claiming vanilla in a game without vanillas. I honestly did not even know what the vote count was when I VTLed.

How about we each do a writeup this afternoon for our suspicions and defenses, then share them all tonight at around the same time (say 8pm PST?).

I hopped offline apparently just before you VTL'd me (again, I said I have work, and I'm honestly baffled that you think I have time to post every time something like this happens). Considering that you have actively stated that that vote is a given at this stage, and considering that GP will likely follow your lead, I'll treat it as though I am at L-1. I'm not sure why your response to that is to once again try this heads up showdown that you've never gotten out of me and won't be getting this time, especially when I've made it clear who my two scumreads are and that they do not include you.

All that being said, there's really nothing more I can say to either of you. I've already explained my actions and RM's response to them is to almost entirely ignore my reasoning and just say I'm behaving scummily. He already viewed me as scum back in DP1, and no matter what I do and for what reason at this stage, it all feeds into that view.

As for GP, I haven't seen much in the way of reasoning from him at all. My reasons for sussing him have gone ignored, and it looks like he's largely just sheeping RM at this point. He just doesn't give me much to discuss. If GP chooses to explain his read in any way, I'd be happy to respond, but I'm not just going to sit here and post over and over again when it's going nowhere.

At this point, the game will hinge on what Barney and SirAnon choose to do. I wouldn't be surprised if either of them end up voting against me, but both of them seem to be at least considering my behavior and reasoning. At minimum, I think hearing from SirAnon, who hasn't contributed for a while, should come before anyone gets hammered. I've made my case and I'm willing to defend it, assuming that we actually talk about it.

It's still weird that you were at l1 for so long with barnie active. Either you are scum or you are town and maybe Barnie is scum?

Clearly scum can just hammer and end the game at this point if it's the wrong someone at 2 votes.

I was all for stalling that day, seeing if wylted died to the high noon and observing behaviours and interactions some more.

I have suspicions That2 has something idk if I should say or not. I do not mean low intelligence, I mean more along the lines of something like dyspraxia, ADHD or something. This is not about calling out or embarassing at all, it's something I've noticed that even as Town, That2 will at times completely slip up things and in fact it's something even I do but I do it more because I am not about the details that I deem unworthy to matter. Maybe That2 is like that, maybe not. It is actually paramount to include psychological analysis in reads, I risk saying it on this website only on this topic there because I am trying to explain why I overlooked That2 saying 'vanilla' and meaning 'miller, which is a vanilla that appears guilty in my mind'. There was a clear dissonance between claiming it and remembering to appear towny and that 'no vanillas' was in the game, even though the next second that data came to That2's recollection clearly and That2 said something like 'why would I claim vanilla in a game with no vanillas, lol' meaning That2 did not at all collaborate or discuss with others what to claim before outing that, or they'd have corrected the lapse in linking that to the OP and worrying about it looking like a slip. 

I also considered That2 to potentially be converted due to purifier, so I figured maybe Wylted or SirAnonymous is cult leader and That2 is feeling an urgency to sacrifice to take heat off of them.

I will just lay out why I land on WF being scum:

DP1, SirAnon later on DP2 admits he knew Austin outing meant Austin was sheriff (he randomly flexes this after we lynch That2User, meaning he probably felt cocky enough to flex it if scum anyway). Whiteflame notices this on DP3 I think it was (I am typing from memory after a decent reading of the game a while ago, still a relative skimread though). Then, Whiteflame not only notices that as a 'scumslip' from SA but even notices that I was wrong to say SA was the only investigator (I have played elsewhere that Sheriff at times just means someone with a gun that shoots and then is revealed to everybody and who doesn't actually investigate). 

WF was forced to lead onto Wylted DP1 as Wylted decided to troll-claim. Wylted did not troll when genuinely consistently trying to drive me off of Whiteflame again and again, I kept pushing it and as I had best korea backing me hardcore, it scared Wylted as he'd just thrown with his claim before he fully realised I was actually deadly serious about honing in on whiteflame. Wylted assumed i'd easily sway to another suspect but I didn't. I caught onto what he was doing and that's also why he failed to vote whiteflame or anyone after BK was modkilled despite being active since that point. He was ready to take the L for his teammate(s) to look Towny.

WF even went out of his way to say this today:

Whiteflame struggles psychologically with the idea of directly lying, this is one of the secret reads I've had on him that I am now revealing because more than any other day period or moment in this day period, this is the moment to reveal this. He also struggled to lie hard DP1 as I pushed hard on him and lash out or really ridicule me or go 'fuck you you're scum' in politer words. He is a skilled Town player but an overrated scum player, if one pressures him correctly. He clams up and goes all defensive and tame. He doesn't like to outright lie and be cocky when he knows deep down he's correctly being accused. It hurts him to do so.

This combined with you not hammering him mean unless SA is scum with GP as SA was afk while I voted Whiteflame with GP, I also have essentially confirmed him as scump physically now too but if you wondered why I originally bandwagoned him this DP, you now know.

I am quoting myself from DP1:

I corrected 'even if they are dead' to 'even if they are killed' to clarify what I meant there, shortly after into DP1.

he did this at the last possible minute just for show, ready to unvote no doubt.

My role is also different to what the wikipedia page says. My role increases even if the eliminated player is mafia, since it never states only if the player is Town. I can ask Pie and will do so now.

since Pie did end up clarifying to me that the purifier is useless on permanent things like passive roles etc, I believe I was wrong about this setup unless it is a recruiter.

I think that a lawyer among scum makes a lot of sense, to trick Austin. This super ironically would mean the only use of purifier ultimately would be to save Town from wrongly inno-ing a scum member. The framer alternative is not as balanced as Town already has miller and would waste a super precious investigator... though if SA is Town then it adds up to be balanced as the Town can fall back on their tracker... Which makes no sense.

The reason it makes no sense, is because for SA to be tracker a ninja must be present. Let me explain why.

The mafia and Town both were superpowered defensively, we have a role to OT lynches, including on himself ofc, which is more defensive than offensive (saves Town from blitzes), you had me the Senator for early defense (and I agree it was put on a very good person to have the role, though I disagree that I often get DP1 lynched, which you hinted at comedically earlier, I think DP1 right)

The reason my role on me is so good is it fits my playstyle so fucking well, I like to out hard and fast and bait action leading up to that DP1 outing and make DP1 revolve around me and where I lead the action, it was a fantastic role for me to have.

I was also misinformed. Pie seems to be wrong about DeWine's trajectory... DeWine did have a very close win indeed in his original win against Richard Cordray. I really don't get what the hell Pie informed me of in my role PM. I have no interest in those stupid specifics of politics anyway. It's not the part of politics I have a passion for.

I still do not buy the idea that catching scum and people getting modkilled would weaken your protection; just seems weird that Pie would make your role custom like that. But regardless, you and SirAnon are in my town pile.

If there's two scum left, then it's WF and GP; with whiteflame most likely being a RB. Without knowing what power GP actually has, I'd rather play it safe and eliminate him first.

Either way, I think we should at least hear GP's explanations for his behavior before ending this DP. Since GP is buddying up to you so hard and stroking your ego, maybe you can get him to give some real answers instead of pure deflections?
