Myth, or not?

Written in 2009, there is a book titled “The Myth of the Missing Black Father” which challenges the claim that black communities in the US suffer from a lack of a strong father figure in the family. This book doesn’t exist as an isolated one off, either. Here are just a few other places where this counterclaim is made:

In summary, the claim is that while many black parents do not cohabitate, black fathers are still much more involved in their children’s lives than is generally thought. The claim is that this allegedly pernicious myth arose out of racist inclinations to scapegoat black fathers for shortcomings in black communities. But we have also heard President Obama talk about absent black fathers. The BLM website *used to* advocate for the abolition of the western nuclear family— they have since erased that claim, curiously.

So, which is it? Black communities suffer from absentee fathers, or not? Or somewhere in between? Will the real myth please stand up?

The race pimps always make stupid claims like this.

The black community is disproportionately female because of deaths from stupid shit and from disproportionate black incarceration rates.

There are studies that show the effects of heavy migration of males in a community and how their absence effects communities and we can see those similar results occurring in black communities.

Here is essentially what happens.

1. Females lose power in sexual dynamics, this means they have to submit to the male reproductive inclinations. meaning that men have all the power in these relationships. This causes too much promiscuity as can be seen by the high STD rates in these communities. On another note it also means women can't get as close to men and several studies have shown that women have a civilizing affect on males. For example a study on male politicians with daughters showed these politicians after having a daughter pushed for more liberal policies. We also see less risk taking in married men, less criminality etc.

2. Children without fathers and women grow up less wealthy more. Poor. This can result in more hardship for a family

3. Single mother homes result in more criminality.

So this is a cycle and I believe the only way to realistically get through it, is to stamp out the hillbilly culture passed onto African Americans through slavery and maybe easing up on drug laws

Claiming a lack of black fathers harms the black family is in no way shape or form blaming black males. These people have to be retarded to take it that way

Father's presence is necessary in child's life.

I believe there are statistics on  children without fathers present in their lives.

It seems to show that  children growing without father's presence or with decreased father's presence are much more likely to have problems in life and more likely to commit crimes.

Yeah I need to explain that better and I have been finding it difficult.

With high prison populations you have more women than men. It's natural that you would think that means women have disproportionate power, but it doesn't pan out that way in real life, at least in terms of sexual dynamics.

So when there is like 3 fuckable women for every fuckable man, you have a situation where men can have all the power in relationships, due to the fact they can play by their sexual imperative to spread their seed as wide as possible

In a community where men and women are roughly equal in relationships, women can more effectively demand marriage, monogamy and for the man to keep a stable job. If the man has the ability to sleep around because of how much women outnumber men, it means women can't influence those civilizing effects as well. This results in destabilizing of their society. You can actually get studies on populations where a lot of males are lost to migration or war and see those same effects we see on the black community of men lost to prison or worse

Ok, that makes sense. Reminds me of a time when a coworker was shaking her head over a guy working at a coffee shop with his pants below his butt, showing his boxers off. I remarked, “Ya know, if all young, pretty women found that a turnoff, he would for sure not be dressing that way!”
