These are future voters. The government leaders use taxpayer money to pay for their future votes.
Word will get out that that's what's going on in dumpster divers will clean that stuff out as long as you can get access to the dumpsters. I don't understand throwing it away instead of donating it to a homeless shelter or to a food bank. The shit's eventually going to catch up to us.
