You should make this a 4-per category year, GP or Novice both have significant leads, you're robbing someone no matter what. You can justify the same for the other categories.

it's the shila bot vs russia-ukraine threads in the runoff, he didn't realise hyperlinks will make it underlined anyway and the clue is in what he left non-bolded and underlined the score (3) of.
