False. The Democratic Party is headed by Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, and Chuck Schumer, who are all white. The GOP is run by Donald Trump, Mitch McConnell, and Kevin McCarthy, who are all white. Harris literally does nothing except break ties in the Senate. Elaine Chao doesn’t run the Senate

As a white person, many crimes I may commit will net much lower prison sentences than if I were black.
This was an insightful post, because you referred to an empirically demonstrable trend that can be measured and is verifiably the case.
But the problem isn't that white people receive preferential treatment, even to the extent that may appear to be the case based on certain data sets. Rather, the problem is that our so called criminal justice system fails all with differing degrees of horror when certain racial groups are compared to one another. After all, there are more races than only black and white. The picture is a lot more complicated when the baseline is adjusted to account for the diversity in our society.
My point is not that non-equitable outcomes don't matter. It's about the nature of the conversation anyone is necessarily having, to the extent they're discussing so called "white privilege." Is the outcome desired, to give more power to the state to be more barbaric to more people, if only the degree of barbarity is similar from group to group? I should hope not.
That's why the conversation needs to change. All this discussion about so called "white privilege" does nothing to solve the underlying problems that create the metrics we say illustrate the trends. But solving the problems seems like it might be more productive. Or at least trying to do so.

This has always been my problem with the white privilege narrative too. I think a lot of it is BS but the parts that are real would be better termed as “black oppression”—like it’s good that bad things aren’t happening to white people even if they shouldn’t be happening to anyone. It’s not a “privilege” to be treated justly. But the language as it stands exists to demoralize whites and drive further division. Not a coincidence!

By even engaging in the discussion, intra-class division is fomented. Which is the whole point. And the solution? Expand the power of the state, of course. And limit everyone's freedom even further.
This idea that problems must be examined at a "systemic" level such that they require action by the government --- and especially the federal government --- is toxic and should be purged from the consciousness of all Americans.

So yes, Blacks are returning to prison more often, despite the growing trend of societal coddling to replace agency due to skin color.
When a person (mostly men) is released from prison, if they do not have a strong family to fall back on, they will be back in prison. Sorry, but single moms are simply not cutting it.
Despite all this, we KNOW single moms produce "unpriveleged" children.
And the 3 strikes rule then guarantees harsher sentencing.
Lighter sentencing isn't fixing anything either.

where a group of factory workers went on strike because the women were being paid less than the men
and the owner proposed fixing the problem by cutting the pay for all the men to match what the women were being paid
the strike was called off immediately

The oligarchs are mostly white and privileged.
White privilege is a fact. No one can deny whites have dominated the world scene from empires to colonialism and exploited every other race in its path. If not for the 2 world wars in Europe that weakened the utopian belief in white invincibility and supremacy, the colonists had to retreat weakened and exposed.
With World demographics changing, it is only a matter of time when whites become the minority. White privilege will be a thing of the past.

That 3% of white Americans who owned slaves did not include the number of people the slaves had to serve which included the owners family, relatives, friends and neighbours.
More than half the souther states were Slave states. So the 3% is misleading.
The number of slaves each slave owner owned is also important to arrive at the true number of slaves in America.
So, according to the Census of 1860, 30.8 percent of the free families in the confederacy owned slaves. That means that every third white person in those states had a direct commitment to slavery.
The civil war divided the entire country between slave states and free states.

Most of the world is Asian and African, so no. Whites do not rule most of the world. That's basic demographics.
Asia alone has double the GDP of the USA. Africa is expected to surpass the USA GDP in a few decades.
