@IwantRooseveltagain
Good luck proving they weren't declassified even if he finds it preposterous when the president can legally declassify documents on a whim.
IwantRooseveltagain: That’s a lie. There is a process that has to be followed and it has to be documented. Don’t be an idiot.
WyIted: Politifact a left leaning fact check organization disagrees with you. https://www.politifact.com/factchecks/2017/may/16/james-risch/does-president-have-ability-declassify-anything-an/
That's the day of his firing. Four months after quid pro quo.IwantRooseveltagain: JC you idiot, the article by The NY Times was published the day he got fired. The article reports how Shokin was believed to be corrupt since he was appointed back in 2015.
Does it really make sense to you that the POTUS spends his time thinking about and deciding which items are classified and what should be declassified?
Whether it does or not, he has plausible deniability for any potential legal issues. Reasonable doubt is all any jury needs.
There are plenty of people from the Trump Administration who have already said publicly that this idea of automatic declassification is nonsense and a lie.
Exercise your critical thinking skills.
I'm not sure why they would disagree with written law and legal experts. I guess he had a lot of retards in his administration if this is true. Hopefully next term he makes a note to IQ test the people he works with.
People will demand immediate reform. Maybe defunding the FBI.
But we wont get to see that warrant will we?
The last place on earth I would look for information is the news media
-->@SidewalkerPlus, it doesn't matter whether or not he "secretly" declassified the documents.Did you even read the article you linked ? It says he broke the law (Espionage Act) even if he secretly declassified the documents.
When a cop kills an unarmed black man, you say he was just doing his job.
-->@oromagiYes yes yes a link from the internet. Irrefutable.
