Witchcraft is a practice and Wicca is a religion that incorporates witchcraft. Since neither restricts a person or condemns a person based on how they feel about their sexuality or their gender I'm sure it does attract quite a bit of people who would be considered gender nonconforming. I can say in my limited contact with other practitioners that most of the men that I meet that practice witchcraft are homosexual. But again witchcraft is a practice that requires no religion and Wicca is a religion that is accepting of homosexuality and gender nonconformity. As are quite a few religions that fall under the pagan umbrella that do not reject witchcraft but have gender fluid gods and goddesses.
