This is how disputes are supposed to be settled on a debate site. In the arena

I will agree to it the other way around, the word 'justified' changed to 'morally justified' and the debate being about who, on balance has been less morally justified in their actions in the past 14 days.

I also want this to be a judge debate where he and I agree to the judges, biased motive in judgement can ruin it. I want Wylted to be one of the judges.

It's not about who has been more justified. It should be about, if he justified in acting in the way he has. 

Thats the entire point. Not who has been acting worse but if his actions are justified. You can change it morally , doesn't change anything about the debate

I 100% oppose whiteflame as judge, he is absolutely biased in your and Luna's favour.

Whiteflame is the most objective judge in the history of ddo and dart. Literally factual. 

You Cant fully select a panel by yourself because you are never going to agree on anyone. 

Whiteflame and Wylted are both qualified to judge it and that should be fine.

Regardless of topic, I will not want it happening anyways for a while, this is a very raw topic for me and not the type of thing that's just 'type a bit and win' I will need to put full effort in and need time to calm down and get over the abuse and be in the right frame of mind for it.

I'm also busier than usual irl for the next 2 or so months relatively speaking so I would like it to be longer time rounds as this really isn't just a 'do it fast' type of thing.

I'm saying those 3 judges should not be a  question. If you two want to agree on it that's fine. You will never land on people you agree with because you are going to try to find people that sympathize with you only instead of people who can think objectively. The fact you are saying wf is not capable of judging a debate objectively shows this

The word 'justified' on its own is absolutely stupid for this debate.

Even the most psychopathic abuser on the planet can 'justify' their actions (yes, really) this is just a twisted wordgame of semantics and context skewing unless we mean morally justified where I can dismiss his justifications as morally invalid, on balance especially when contrasted with what I did throughout.

Wylted doesn't sympathise with me much at all, he gave a story about how he was in Lunatic's shoes in a workplace and gave someone a bad time for making it clear they didn't like him being around them.

I actually picked him because he is very objective on this matter indeed.

I like the idea of users in such strong disagreements debating it. Set time windows to present a case, no interruptions, probably no micro posts.

Regarding the thread at issue, it certainly represents a highly visible tipping point in the dispute. There are of course other resolutions that could cover the same basic grounds; but I do like the idea of one clear point of focus from which to frame the debate.

It should be fairly easy for anyone to judge if either one of them is clearly and consistently the instigator; but I am pretty sure it's going to go into some grey areas.

There is no grey area at all. One just needs to scroll through thread and post history.
