If I am a bully because I stand up for what I believe and defend it adamantly, then you have a very flawed worldview of what actual bullying is. The unfortunate side effect to people like you who claim bullying at every little thing, is that you steal attention away from people who might actually be experiencing trauma from real bullies. You were brought up in a society that caters to the idea of a victim so much that you have actually convinced yourself that you are a victim. That's of course giving you the benefit of the doubt, and assuming this isn't an actual manipulative tactic you frequently use to get your way. I actually think the latter is more likely true, which unfortunately means you sir, are indeed the bully. Bullies lie and manipulate to get their way, not victims.

The signifance of the thread being locked does more for showing the mods good intentions on changing, then it does for you being angry. I didn't ask them to unlock it to get one up on you, I asked them to unlock it to prove they are better than what they've shown themselves to be. Catering to your report spamming is not something DART needs in a mod team.

I have never had an issue with whiteflame or his moderation decision. He is a newly placed mod and this is my first dealing with him.

Why not just say you totally decline and think his basis is flawed? You did the latter anyway.
Because I do respect ragnar. While I call him out for his stubborn decisions all the time, and will continue to do so, I do not take issue with him personally.
I am glad you brought this up because maybe there is a lesson to be learned here for you. You see, you tend to look at every argument or dispute here as good vs evil, which is why you are trying to paint me as the villain so badly. You are completely incapable of the term "agree to disagree". It is not impossible to be friends with someone while dis-agreeing with the occasional thing they do.
For example you think me and mikal are besties. You have no clue how much we argue with each other about everything. We argue with each other about video games, about philosophies, about behaviors and tactics in mafia, hell, other than moderation issues we almost dis-agree on stuff more than we actual agree on things. That doesn't stop us from being friends.
You can ask airmax this as well, but when he was mod on debate.org I was his friend, but I gave him tons of hell over decisions he made in regards to allowing vote bombs to be made. I argued with him for pages, and pages and even called him out in threads. We were still friends through that whole thing. The thing about me is I don't cater my views for friendship, or change who I am because of who a friend is.
I would carry on with you in the same capacity if you would allow it. Even if we never were claimed friends, it doesn't mean we have to take it to a personal level every time the way you do. You are so eager to paint me as this evil guy because we have a dis-agreement on free speech and moderation, that you are incapable of talking me as if I am anything less than hitler.
