Industrialization made the world more wealthy than ever before

As an owner what have you done to deserve a profit? What have your employees done to deserve their salary? If one or the other were removed from the equation you or your employees which would more likely result in the productivity to stop immediately? 

Humans are such that they are not equal, hence hierarchy will inevitably develop.

So the exploitation of this natural system is how things get done.

From hunter gathering to computer technology, someone has always led the way and the rest have followed in order of diminishing ability and responsibility.

Rewards will inevitably be commensurate.

No one needs a billion dollars. No one deserves a billion dollars. A billion dollars is not commensurate. Things have gotten out of hand.

you know that owners have to care about their company right? they dont just hire employees and call it a day, 

They care about profits at the very least and employees are the ones who generate those profits. 

I don't know why poor people (those worth less than $300 million) even want to live.
