My symptoms are getting worse. The vaccine did not work.

Day 1 sore throat mild fatigue soreness
Day 2 extreme fatigue soreness
Day 3 extreme fatigue puking mild coughing soreness
Day 4 no fatigue, puking, coughing up blood but the blood was red so no internal bleeding major body aches around ribs

Should I wait to cough up black blood before consulting a doctor or is red blood enough?

I feel like I should wait and see

if you're not trolling, you contact a doctor regardless. This is serious whether it's Covid or not. You could literally die if you don't go to a hospital.

I thought red blood fine black blood bad. Atleast in stool. I figured it carried over to lungs

For all you know the vaccine is the cause. You were perfectly healthy before.

Seriously, the home remedy for coughing up blood, regardless of color, is to forget trying a home remedy. Get to a doctor, stat! You don't know it its origin is the lungs, stomach, or just the throat. Don't guess. Don't wait for other symptoms, or for it to go away. Free blood in any tissue outside the circulatory system is a problem needing addressing immediately.

Recent research has found evidence of reports of people coughing up blood with COVID-19: In a February 2020 study published in The Lancet, researchers found that 5% of confirmed cases of COVID-19 (in this study's case, that accounted for two cases out of 39 cases) reported the alarming symptom.  Doctors say it may not always be indicative of serious disease (though it should be brought to the attention of your healthcare provider).

Diet books also say to consult a doctor before you take the advice of eliminating fast food from your diet.

In UK's NHS website (which has a section per disease that explicitly is designed to give clear instructions of when and when not to seek help for certain symptoms of each) blood-coughing is a red alert to see the doctor:

Aspirin and Ibuprofen based painkillers slow down the clotting time of blood but ibuprofen does it the least and isn't officially thinning the blood, it's just slowing your body's response time to injuries.

Paracetemol based painkillers aren't going to be strong enough for deep lung pains etc, you'd save the blood thinning perhaps but it affects blood in other ways and also is linked to lack of appetite (which is bad if you're sick, you need to stay hungry).
