Pretending to be tolerant. Yup, you’re definitely leftist.

By the way, it depends on the specific regulation(s). When there’s no regulation at all, monopolies form by themselves. Are you against antitrust laws?

Rm, history has proven you wrong. Laissefaire allows anyone to compete.
At first, perhaps. After a few years into dynasties and monopolies forming, it's only 1-2 generations away from nepotism and snowballed brutal advantage leading to inescapable disparity between the elite and upper class and the bottom of the spectrum in terms of what they even can possibly achieve in their lifespan given the tools, nutrition, healthcare, education etc that they have their entire childhood and adolescence.

Anyone with a 3 digit IQ, should know that more ability to compete by removing unnecessary regulations, means more competition.
At first, perhaps, however see above.

You ever notice in America how regional utility companies, hold monopolies.  Those monopolies were created by regulations, not by a free market.
Objectively wrong. Rockefeller and the likes of such dynasties formed entirely due to free market without any regulations at all.

laissez faire competition doesn't free up the ability to 'take out the top dog' it frees the top dog(s) to snowball their advantage without anything at all holding them back.

How do you explain how everyone was pretty much a small business owner in western days. Like blacksmiths, bar owners, barbers, community banks etc.

Let's say that regulations can create monopolies and that free markets can as well. Than we have to ask.

Are monopolies actually bad (and I put oligarchy in this same class)?

How do you stop monopolies, if both regulation means every industry will definitely have a monopoly, like regional utility companies and if also free markets means that literally every industry will also have a monopoly in.

The regional monopoly on utilities protects the people, since it is government-ensured to not overcharge for the rates. I'm not sure I follow how you are comparing that to monopolies in general capitalistic sense, which is a different type of thing altogether.

No we are differentiating between useful and unuseful monopolies.

Competition actually helps with prices .ore than having monopolistic power. At best utilities just create economies of scale, so things can become cheaper

No they don't, not in laissez faire capitalism. A mere glimpse as India and most of Africa will show you what happens to the poor's ability to access/afford basic utilities when it's left to the free market.

I am looking at the economic freedom index which measures how Laisse Faire a country is, and India and African nations are nowhere near the top.

It's best not to push people in those countries. There are some severe consequences for him googling those things.  China is clearly terrible in many ways, but he risks torture to admit or even engage in discussion of those things.

They are not free because the rich end up creating chokeholds on the economies but legally, they are as laissez faire as it gets.

Economic freedom is not the same as laissez faire in practise, the former requires government safety guards.

The only Achilles heal capitalism has is a failure to enforce the law and kill all those who break those laws with regard to a capitalist economic system. "Fraud". Fraud is the driving center piece behind all other economic systems.  To take from those who earn and give to those who don't and wont based on who they know in the ruling class.

They are all like each other in a way....It's more a case of how they intend to implement government.
