It appears that voting may end in a tie between debates and threads. Thus, the tiebreaker rule will be put into place if there is a tie in the votes.
-We will go into a 24hr runoff for the tiebreakers that need to be broken. The thread that has the most votes in the runoff thread will be declared into the Hall of Fame. YOU MAY ONLY VOTE FOR 1 THREAD AND 1 DEBATE
-If a runoff is needed, it will happen immediately after the end of this voting period.
-If a tie is still in place after the 24hr time period, the thread with the most cumulative votes throughout the Hall of Fame process will be put into the Hall of Fame
-If a tie were to occur EVEN after the following steps, an anonymous council of 3 trusted people will vote for 1 THREAD AND 1 DEBATE
