liberals force university to remove a 6 ton rock, because boulders are racist. https://www.mystateline.com/news/local-news/racist-rock-removed-from-university-of-wisconsin-madison-campus/

No…this Boulder carried specific racial connotations in the past. Saying all stones are racist is a fallacy by composition.

Boulders do not carry racial connotations.

Racial connotations are carried inside heads.

See boulder....Internally connote....Skin tone completely irrelevant.

Same old dumb, hypocritically racist, bullshit.

It was the rock what did it....D'oh.

Exactly my point.

People think.

And the rock does absolutely  fuck all.

Excuse the language, but it just emphasises the point perfectly.

Let’s do a thinking exercise. Would it matter if the rock was removed due to other reasons than it being traditionally called “N*****head”?
What positive things does the rock bring to the school? It is being replaced with an actual monument by the way, or do you guys just like looking at rocks which happened to be called “N*****head”?

No matter what, the rock would make people uncomfortable, both symbolically and physically(blocking space)

It costs money to remove a 6 ton rock. Even if the rock was shouting the n word at people. It should still stay there. It has freedom of speecb

I couldn't give a fuck about the rock.

I was merely pointing out the absurdity of the human mind.

Just rename the rock. Call it Letisha or something.

Or paint it White....NO! Racist

Or paint it Black....NO! Racist

Paint it Orange......NO! That's Fruitist

Fuck me it's hard being Liberal.

So what's the new monument then?

Over here in Bristol, they knocked down a racist statue and replaced it with a racist statue.....D'oh.

It costs money to remove a lot of things. Who cares, unless you have problem with the people getting payed to remove it.
I know there’s a sort of traditionalism when it comes to rocks for you, but you need to let go of the past.

I don’t care about the rock being removed either, but there’s a reason why Wylted posted about this.

So what's the new monument then?
It says the former university president.

Over here in Bristol, they knocked down a racist statue and replaced it with a racist statue.....D'oh.
Were the people who decided to knock the old statue down the same that chose the new one?

I just hate seeing people make bad financial decisions. Like idiots who lease cars or buy brand new when the car loses 40% value in the first year or idiots who even buy multiple cars or buy a new car once every 3 years.

We are dealing with retard level people here.

The former University President.

Let's hope that they were squeaky clean then.

And the old statue was replaced so quickly, that the new one must have been waiting in the wings somewhere.

How's that for clever marketing.

Incite a riot (easily done in Bristol) and then say hey I just happen to have a lovely statue that will fit there a treat.

Progressives hey.

Nothing progressive about mob violence and vandalism.

There’s a lot of jumps you’re making.

Progressives hey.

It depends on the circumstances. If a large group first tried to reach to contact officials and protest with no reply, then I’d say it would be justified.

I don't care if a rock gets removed.  It's a rock.  While democrats and republicans are focused on the culture war, the treasury is being robbed by corporate welfare.  Quit falling for culture war distractions and start focusing on substantive policies.  I don't care if a rock gets removed.  It's a fucking rock!  Who cares?

If we ignore the culture war, more idiots would vote for left wing policies.

The culture war is manufactured by right-wing “pundits” (corporatists) because they can’t win on policy.

maybe Newt Gingrich made it a thing when conservatives were losing office, but it isn't right wingers pushing for it now. They are merely responding.

You'd have to be blind to not see companies coming out and pushing for feminism, pro homosexuality and black nationalist positions disguised as calls for racial harmony.

Companies have been promoting social agendas as long as they’ve existed.
It’s called marketing.

who actually goes out and says

"I WILL BUY GILETTE razors as a man, because their was a commercial saying all men are bad"

Nobodybuses that logic to buy products, yet they will use the logic as an excuse not to buy them

there is literally a scene in the Gillette commercial where some guy was just about to say the word "hello" to a woman, and his friend stopped him because talking to women is apparently disrespectful according to liberals

Would it be hard to link the ads? Starting with the company ‘promoting that 8 year olds should have the right to cut off their dicks.’
