The video is inconclusive. His fingers are in position where he could be pinching her, or it could just be the position of his hand. No way to tell, so in the absence of being able to see it definitively we turn to Occam’s razor; Is it simpler that this was accidental positioning due to an absent minded Biden, or is it simpler that Biden as Vice President of the United States would decide that it’s worth it to pretend to be focusing on the adults so that he could pinch the nipple of a little girl knowing he had a dozen cameras pointed right at him?
As usual, the far more complex and presumptive explanation is the one you go with.

The facebook posts are obvious fakes. You can be 100% confident that the Senator's security team and GOP oppo researchers have investigated that tweet from January and if there had been any truth to it Senator Daines would have been the first to exploit it. Just the fact that some QAnon creep is suggesting that he discussed sex assault with a 14 year old girl online is horrible enough.
All that said, if you want to peruse the two hour C-SPAN tape there is plenty to criticize about Biden's handsyness and flirtatiousness with adult women- a very commonplace White Male manner from 20 and 30 years ago that really any politician should know *even in 2015 before #metoo) is no longer acceptable.

Yes I saw that, and it doesn’t really help your case. If she were pinched we would expect to see more of a jump, instead what we see is a slow move out of the way.
Either way, it’s not conclusive. You are still putting an awful lot behind very little evidence and ignoring the implications of doing so. You spoke about critical thinking before, this is the exact opposite.

The victim moved away in a clearly uncomfortable way. That is how a scared child moves away. Once the video is zoomed in, you can see the actual nipple pinch, and the Twitter status was linked and the victim admits the video is exactly as it appears
