The pens were poorly planned by England. Why would you have the 2 youngest players take shots late into pens when they have very little experience at that stage.
Debateable. It was clear he wasn't making an attempt or strike at the ball at all with the horse collar. It's borderline red but I lean more red. If you actively try to hurt the other team without making a dive for the ball I'd consider it a red
On top of that utterly filthy play, there was a stomp on a leg of a player shortly after that was 100% red card territory where the ref only gave yellow.
