After that, any topic can attract women, how the disscussion progresses, ---whether man or woman--- is what would determine if the women stay.

Again, what does this have to do with one's sex? Since, I presume, you haven't confirmed the sex of each member, much less conducted a census determining whether the entire male population is participating on this site, why are you intent on drawing in--particularly--female members?

16 was legal limit to quit school in my state, and with parents consent.
I was two months into my junior year when I followed the proverbial saying of the time { 60's } dropped out, tuned-in and turnd-on.
I chose to be outside looking in instead of inside looking out.
