You still don't get it. Statistics is a science. There is empiric evidence behind it. I do not have sufficient medical knowledge to prove my point. All I'm saying is that Turban's dependence on his statistical references is flawed because the statistics he cites have gathering methods and results that are flawed. He either needs a more accurate statistical study, by the empiric methods statistical gather and analysis demands, or he needs other justification, and so do you.

Don't take the bait. Oromagi is trying to sidetrack from the fact that (formerly) male weightlifter who goes by she/her is able to rob genuine cis females of their medals. These are Olympics and Pacific Games medals, it's fucking disgusting what is going on. This 'female' built muscle as a well-fed high testosterone male for over 30 years of her(?) life. At what stage is this not a pisstake to rob females of their pride and awards? No offense but this is why conservatives lose. Always trying to make peace and compromises. Understand that by advocating for this you are accepting the idea that there are enough transgender youth to justify it in the first place. This is something that was unheard even when I was growing up, because in a vacuum it simply does not occur among children outside of a few vanishingly rare cases, because traditionally gender dysphoria is a sexual fetish among men who want to be perceived as women.

The entire issue is a symptom of something much bigger and more impactful, which is the deconstruction of identity by mass society and the public schooling establishment. It’s gotten to the point where people don’t even feel comfortable identifying as their own gender, something that was quite literally unthought of until recently. Kids are being sterilized on untested and dangerous drugs to suppress puberty and instead of going after the public schools with righteous fury, conservatives try to make peace. Come on. If there’s a hill to die on, this is it. 

It's interesting tbh. It is some extreme shit for sure. What's also interesting though is any sort of politics around social structures. I mean guns out, slavery bad is obvious, but the rest is all random anyway I feel like. It's a little harder to figure out. But yeah the kids stuff is fucked.

Ya wanna know what's a good social structure IMO. No guns, rampant alcoholism. Let me tell you why. First off, no guns means excellent conflict resolution. All you lot over there have is mutually assured destruction, all ready to blow each other away. In the end you're all scared of each other, afraid to cross the street. If I see a fellow walking down the street I have a problem with, I cross the street and we sort it. Now I reckon we're a vicious bunch for the want of guns but that's ok too. I know one dude survived a full swing blow to the head with a sword. He's got a wicked horseshoe scar down the side of his head but he's alive and kicking. Half the venom and a gun and he's dead. Next thing is the alcoholism. Now it causes trouble too no doubt but honestly I fancy it for like those trust falls you Americans be at with your company retreats, except not about productivity or something shite like that. Getting fall down drunk with a man is becoming his brother. It's also just a great way to get to know each other. Maybe too much of each other sometimes. It's ugly and it's brutal and it's bloody. You've entirely missed my point. My #1 clearly separates a true genetic mismash of gender presentation and those whose clear cis-gendership is opposed by what they think they are. There is a difference. If I think I am a talented baseball player and should by hired by MLB to play, but I am not, should I be able to play simply by what I think I am? Nope. If I don't meet a standard, generally, I should not expect that I should play, anyway. Further, let's say I happen to be able to run down fly balls, because I happen to have three legs, do I not have an advantage other players don't have, should I play? Probably not, unless there is a whole league of three-legged players. 

But in your hypothetical you actually have three legs. A boy who thinks he is a girl is not actually a girl. A better comparison is an able bodied person who believes he is handicapped competing with actually handicapped people. 

The conservative response to this CANNOT be to make peace. “Well we can just have a separate division for them and everyone would be happy.” No. This trend needs to be fought with everything we have. This suggestion concedes that there are enough transgender youth to fill up a division. Instead of passively trying to make that reality work we need to find out what happened and how we can stop this absolute madness

The world we live in, the game is all about turning heads. Youtubers, twitch streamers, onlyfans, views, advertisements, every last bit of it the game is turning heads. It might sound a bit awful, but transgenders are failed men. That would be my honest to god thinking of it. They're influenced by porn and hollywood and they're just trying to turn heads. We are nothing but what we can make of ourselves in other people's eyes.
