Alright, I'm caught up again. With the vanilla claim and a known vanilla already in play, I'm inclined to stick with the lynch on Oro as well, since it smacks of an safe fake claim. The convoluted soft claim doesn't help his case since he could easily have decided on this route early on, and the fact that several people misinterpreted it could mean that he was always leaving the door open for alternative claims.

I am skeptical of oromagi's claim in general with vanilla. He also said that he believes that this game is vanilla centered, which is definitely a soft claim IMO. I wouldn't disagree with that claim, but I could see him using this to try to give himself some validation. Even so, why would he know that this game is vanilla centered in DP1?

I wanted Oro to claim because if he didn't dare claim a defensive role for fear of a CC, that indicated him as scum. I want to hear Oro's defense though, hence me not hammering yet.

VTL Oromagi.
I'm voting for the following reasons:
- Oromagi has seemingly become defeatist. This plays to his scum meta, and if he isn't scum this lynch is his own fault for refusing to challenge the wagon.
- Oromagi only tries to attract the NK when he has a role like VEST or BOMB. Oromagi instead claimed vanilla, which reeks of a fake claim.
- Oromagi "tried to attract the NK" by soft claiming COP, which could have been a scum soft claim for him to use should no one else claim COP.
- We can afford a mislynch because of what I said in POST #102:
One more thing before I disappear for a while (got a scholarship meeting to attend), I agree with Bringer that we should lynch and use GP's vig role.If Pie is lying and is scum, we avoid MYLO even if we mislynch because scum team would lose a member... If Pie is telling the truth, (and if Grey's role functions like I believe it does... that it works as a NK) we avoid MYLO even if we mislynch because we skip the NP.
