Interesting. I'm not sure whether testing your claim this DP is a good idea or not. Since you're deathproof, it would give a town-confirmed player that the mafia couldn't kill. On the other hand, I'm almost more inclined to believe you and lynch elsewhere this DP.

Every time we are trying to kill someone who can't die we are wasting a chance to end the mafia team.
I mean, no matter what Pie cannot possibly be scum. What is a scum who can't even die going to do any fun? If Pie is true then we wasted something, and if he lied(meaning we could vote him to his grave), then we also wasted one. What is the point?

Don't see the point in doing so. The dp is 3d long so unless we literally see his scummy behaviors(given there is any), we just wasted our votes. Why would a scum try to redirect everyone's vote on oneself? Isn't it against the goal of the mafia team?

Claiming something unbelievable is a classic WIFOM trick to appear town even if you are scum or TP.
Since he is advocating for his confirmation, though, I am leaning towards him being town. I would want to confirm him though, to be sure. Then we have 2 confirmed townies and we would be doing well as town for next DP. I will say, though, that there is the possibility of him being a Jester.

There is four cases.
1. Pie is town and he is not lying: Then VTLing him does not harm anyone.
2. Pie is town and he is lying: Why would someone town do that?
3. Pie is scum and he is not lying: How is a scum a deathproof any balanced?
4. Pie is scum and he is lying: Then we could get our hands on our first useful kill.
For the 1st one it is the most likely. I guess you have a point anyways. In most cases the benefits outweighs the risks.
