What do you believe (Christianity, Islam ,theism, Deism, Atheistism, Agnosticism, ect.) And why do you believe it? What evidence or arguments persuade you to your position?

Great Question - unfortunately what the word believe means is fluid and what the measures of argument and persuasion keep moving when being discussed or presented.

What? I believe Christianity to be correct.
Why? Because I had no choice, God made me a Christian.
Evidence and Argument to make me believe? None.

In hindsight, I can draw attention to many evidence and arguments that are valid - yet - even if God stood in front of me and did amazing miracles - this would not prove to me that God is real or that Christianity is correct.

I don't believe because I have been convinced. I am convinced because I believe.

Atheism,
Because of numerous small events over a long period of time that I don't really pay that much conscious attention to.
Supernatural doesn't seem to occur in the modern era that I've ever noticed, I've never noticed any evidence of something beyond material existence.
I read about the past, and mundane explanations seem reasonable conclusions, to me.

It is by the grace of God that I believe in one God, the Father, the Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth, and of all things visible and invisible.
And in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, begotten of the Father before all ages.
Light of Light, true God of true God, begotten, not created, of one essence with the Father, through whom all things were made.
For us and for our salvation, He came down from heaven and was incarnate by the Holy Spirit and the Virgin Mary and became man.
He was crucified for us under Pontius Pilate, and He suffered and was buried.
On the third day He rose according to the Scriptures.
He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead. His Kingdom will have no end.
And in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the Giver of Life, who proceeds from the Father,
who together with the Father and the Son is worshiped and glorified, who spoke through the prophets.
In one, holy, catholic, and apostolic Church.
I acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins.
I expect the resurrection of the dead. And the life of the age to come. Amen.

I am an Orthodox Jew because that is what I was born into, and raised and educated as and I don;t know how to be anything else. I do not choose to believe; I simply believe, and I couldn't choose not to believe. Some call it brainwashing. I say "whatever." It is what it is.

I believe in one god

Because he talked to me and opened my consciousness

And because of his infinitely complex creation

I prefer Jeremiah 1:5.

Why doesn't that surprise me.   And  I wouldn't expect nothing less from one that boasts to be both  qualified   Pastor and Chaplin not to mention a lawyer.#20

Before I formed you in the womb I knew[ you,
    before you were born I set you apart;
I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”Jeremiah 1:5.

 "I set you apart" . " I appointed you"

There are  few verses that also state this about self glorification:  Mark 12:38-40

38 As he taught, Jesus said, “Watch out for the teachers of the law. They like to walk around in flowing robes and be greeted with respect in the marketplaces, 39 and have the most important seats in the synagogues and the places of honor at banquets. 40 They devour widows’ houses and for a show make lengthy prayers. These men will be punished most severely.”

The point is God chose his people - his people did not choose him.  It is God's prerogative -not ours who belong to him.

And how did god set you apart and appoint you to anything ? And lets have some evidence that god chose you to be a Pastor and a Chaplin as you proudly tell us you are#20
