When people ask 'can this not be done?' they mean 'can this be done?' and want the 'yes' and 'no' to refer to the original thing. You flipped this around purely to troll and pretended like the Admin made a mistake. So I was looking at the final page of the leaderboard, and it seems Type1 might not hold the bottom slot much longer. Type1 managed a to win 15.97% of the time, but the current #3 has 6.25% and dropping (something crazy like 50 debates ongoing right now...).
With that in mind, I would like to repeat my previous suggestion of a gold medal for last place (or even just dropping your rating below 1300; that way it's an unchanging standard, but still one which few will ever achieve).
For names, there's many funny ones which come to mind, but my suggestion is "Underdog." Or if a silver medal is added for scores below 1400, call that "Underdog" and the gold "King Underdog."

Despite how funny I find the idea, I am afraid it would be a tricky one because in my understanding all medals should be achievable in one direction ( if that makes sense ) but by introducing this medal, a person who chases the idea of having all medals would first have to go to the bottom and then to the top ( or the opposite ) and that's like two-side direction, because the closer you get to some medals (king of the hill), the further away you get from the other (underdog, as you suggested).

I think Ragnars idea is pretty good: I would suggest a new class of medal: “Brown” medals. King of the bottom feeders brown medal for being bottom of the pack. Lose ten debates against someone ranked 20 places below you... lose 50/100 debates.
