As for theme split. I have a few ideas...
1. could be Manufacturer vs Everybody. Like Apple v. World or Microsoft v. World.
2. Could be a certain type of tech. Like computers vs. phones. Or tablets vs. everyone.
3. It could have to do with OS. Like macOS or Windows, maybe even Linux.
We can analyze as people claim... I have a feeling it's something like the options above, though.

Certainly. In a themed mafia game in China, let's say, then VPN would probably be in the scum team. We don't know if there is non-digital tech in this room, such as fission nuclear energy or something like it.
