I'm 6'4" 250lbs. I play a ton of sports, my mile is about 8:23min.
You're slow as hell for someone seemingly so fit in other ways and so tall.

I never really lifted much and last time I timed myself in a run I did 3 miles in a bit over 21 minutes but that was long ago.

I am about 5'10" and weigh 145 lbs so you got me there lol.

I've never been a fast runner, like ever. And my long distance run is my weakest. I did a Pacer Test, and I actually scored a 56 (which is decently high especially for someone my size). My 100 meter dash is a 12.8,average for a kid who plays sports. The elite sprinters at our school run like 11.3-11.6

If you are slow, then I am abysmal. In 8th grade my mile run was 8:50 and that is the fastest I could ever do.

*surprised Pikachu pace*

It is a test that measures pacing. There is a distance you have run. The timer gets faster and you have to get their quicker

I Googled it and it turns out I have done such but under a different name. We called them "Go fuck yourselves" because they are what we had to do when SDI got mad at us for some reason, usually telling us to go fuck ourselves.

Never really kept score though because instead of stopping when we failed to reach the line in time we stopped whenever our DIs got bored or came up with something more important to do =/

Btw, Kakashi is basically everyone's top 10 solid character no matter what. You can't claim sole fandom of him.

That's fine by me, I never intended to do so anyway. I could tell he was going to be cool since the first scene he was in so it is no surprise that others like him.

I'm probably more fit than average. I'm slim and I exercise fairly regularly, but I don't compete in any sports really. I'd say I'm just healthy.

It's worth the time and effort to get fit, I think. I've been using quarantine recently to run through my neighborhood and it has been fun.

I'm 56 and live on cigarettes and diet Mountain Dew. I work in the marble and granite industry and breath granite and engineered stone dust all day for the last 20 years.  fit as a fiddle.  It's Saturday, I have to go do something useful now like build some shelves for my shed that I built with no permit. I'm like that, tell me I cant and I will. I am more fit than people half my age.

...."Ive done a lot of my own car/truck repair ---not all--- and always do my own oil changes."...

Adjustment to #16 and #19,. Couple of weeks ago, I took my 93 Ford Ranger in for tune-up, as I was still feeling overworked with many issues after finnishing rabbit wire fence over RV roof. Ex cleaning gutters on house { more ladder work }, installing window AC unit in wifes office, weed eating neighbor long driveway, loading and hauling two loads of trash to dump.

And all of these above  were done in addition to my regular job, but on my days off from regular job.

The FitnessGram Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly, but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal. A single lap should be completed each time you hear this sound.  Remember to run in a straight line, and run as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is over. The test will begin on the word start.

To follow ebuc's format:

Mentally - 8/10

This Coronavirus thing is driving me mad.

Physically - 9/10

2 hours of exercise each day.

Emotionally - 9.5/10

I'm alright, but there again, quarantine is driving me nuts.
