Btw, I genuinely support a mass-out today of all our cards. This will help for 2 reasons:

  1. We arrange a nearly unbreakable chain reaction of role-on-role actions based on the viable outcomes.
  2. We know each other's cards and can better assess the likelihood of a bet being worth or not much more than we otherwise would.

Looking at the DP, I think that your scheduled massclaim idea is good. Unfortunately, I already outed my hand.

when did you out your hand? I am referring to the hand you have today. We've all revealed our hand the day before by now.

It doesn't matter. I am saying we out it, it doesn't need to be all at once anymore.

At this point in the game, it is my understanding that Mafia do not NEED to fakeclaim their cards at all BEFORE the night. This is why I encourage it happening here, we're so far ahead population-wise that we can completely arrange things to reveal concrete things by day 4.

I vehemently disagree. All this does is reveal to mafia who has power roles in the night and who has nothing. Randomness is better in catching mafia. And after revealing there’s no guarantee that all of towns actions will have a chain reaction. Better to keep mafia guessing.

By the way, the funniest part of your story of Day 2 is that it is wise to fold with that hand anyway, you shouldn't have tried to bet. That was what was most amusing to me. Just because your 2 magically got a match doesn't mean you should have bet at all. Bearman outed with the hand 4 and 2 of Diamonds on day 2. You should have realised it was EVEN LESS optimal to make that crazy gamble than before. It was very strange that a 2 showed up at all in the turn and river and cost me a decent shot at PR.

You think there's only 1 mafia left, yes? Who has to hide from who? Who are the predators at this point?

Bear. I thought Croc hadn't outed either, but then I caught one of his posts where he did. I thought you hadn't either, but then I went back and checked the post that you did. So yeah.

There is if we trust the inno on Press from Croc as being a genuine inno if Croc is real cop. That aside, there's many ways to pivot things. It also will help us to decide who to lynch (but that part I'll explain after the cards are outed).

Mafia would also be forced to fake claim cards, which could snuff the mafia that are still alive.

Yes, but then we would expect a specific action from them from the list, based on their real hand. If they don't do that action, we know they're scum. At that point, they're left to faking their night actions, which they would then have a significant chance of getting caught.

Exactly, that's part of it. I guess you worded it wrong though. They don't need to fake their hand, they need to be prepared to lie well and risk either way.

Either they risk by faking the hand here in a long-planned gambit or they play it safe claiming real hand here and spiral into a doomed web in the night phase as they realise they'd screwed overall.

I think I did, but then it subsequently passed my mind. When I thought of outing cards, I thought of the day after the night phase.

Why would Pie be against use outing our cards if he's town here?

Anyway, I literally have nothing to hide and am going to lead by example so tell me when you want to know my hand. I am willing to reveal first. My plan 0% requires me to hold back my hand and my hand is interesting indeed.

When are you available? Because we aren't going to get anything from Pie for a few hours (where he conveniently has family movie night), and Bearman is basically MIA. If we are going to massclaim, then we need to do so at a time when EVERYONE is available. The second option would be the popcorning I mentioned earlier, but that isn't exactly as effective as an instant massclaim.

I find 112 to be a bit sus. It's like he suddenly has a movie night to attend to (that was most likely planned, thus giving him time to inform us in advance) when we suggested mass claiming and him being unable to defend not doing so.

What do you think?
