From my seat though, it looks a bit weird. I have to buy that drafter bussed pie from the beginning of the day phase and fully intended on lynching pie just for town cred (which he didn't really get from anyone other than me so far anyway)
1) I think the fact that he has had no significant wagon on him until now indicates he did get plenty of town cred. I for one had him as town that whole time.
2) If he had gotten no town cred it is still plausible to say that he was hoping to get some but just didn't.

Well SA came forward and said he did not get role blocked. That was quite unexpected on my part, I was sure that drafter would have taken the "msg if blocked" aspect into account given it was a primary reason bullish got lynched.
Do passive roles get roleblock messages?

I guess there is still technically the possibility of drafter being town and SA lying in an attempt to get drafter mislynched so we utcould lynch him then drafter just to cover our bases but I find that scenario unlikely.
1) As scum SA could have said he was roleblocked to support mislynching me, much less risky.
2) Behavior-wise SA is so town it hurts.

From a different perspective other than yours and SA's, it makes most sense to do the no lynch by testing SA and figuring out who to lynch tomorrow

So if you guys haven't caught up i'll give you a quick break down of where we are at and what needs to be decided.
There wasn't a kill last night.
DD claimed tony stark the comedian whose role actually gives the player the joke results. He targeted GP np1, who was killed, and was role blocked np2.
Drafter claimed hawk-eye, the role blocker who blocked SA np1, and DD np2.
SA claimed he didn't receive a role block message, despite speed confirming all players would receive a message if blocked.
Ragnar claimed to be doctor and protected DD last night.
So we have to decide who is lying, if it's drafter than this looks good for DD and SA (though one could be bussing as DD pointed out).
I suggest we take the safe option, test SA's lynch proof claim and take this thing another DP, because if drafter is town mislynched, the game is over. We will be forced to decide between them next DP anyway if we test SA. If SA is scum and get's lynched were in a very good spot, and if he's town and not lying there is minimal damage, and we gain DD's results, or will get a role block confirmation from one of you two or oro. Lynching SA results in the most information and is the safest procedural move for town. drafter may be scum, but I don't think it's worth risking it until we are forced to with better information.

He was my only other read besides Pie. I was right about Pie so I figured I'd hedge my bets against SA. Rather than risk RBing a power role I'm either stopping scum or doing nothing against a passive role.

At this post, you claimed you didn't care if you were lynched to test your claim. Why didn't you just vote yourself? I get pie was already lynched at this point, but you all didn't know that, and your lynch could have town confirmed you and saved you a lot of grief later on
I'm also thinking, as a mod, why would I make a town player lynch proof? That's negative utility to town, only has pro scum utility. Whereas roleblocker has utility to both town as scum (if drafter blocked the night kill, then that was pro town utility). Speed I think at least attempted to balance this game in a way that had some meaningful interest to him (whether it was objectively balanced can be seen and debated in the endgame), but his inclusion of a lyncher who has to lynch his target before it dies seems like he tried balancing a game with purpose, and there is no purpose or positive utlity to town to a lynchproof townie.

It most certainly would have for the rest of the town. While I am glad we found scum DP1, this whole scenario we are faced with now (which if you are town, you should admit is quite a conundrum given it has endgame stakes), would have probably been avoided if you were confirmed early on. We would know you aren't lying about your role, and could easily lynch drafter.
