Both Press and and AD are claiming vanilla and if both of you have a role, that disproves the theory that "everyone will claim vanilla". Why don't they also have some sort of role deemed pointless? I think its between the two of them, primarily Press, since avoid actually claimed vanilla.

From what I got in the signups description, town gets one useless role, which you already claimed. All other town would be vanilla.
