And to answer your questions:

First, yes, Jesus had a human mom. Here is where you run into the doctrine of the Incarnation. Jesus on earth was not only God, He was also man. He was both. He was man in that he was born, grew up, died and was raised as a man. However, He was still God. Hebrews 2:14-17 explains the first, and Colossians 2:9 reinforces the second.

Second, that's an interesting question. In all actuality, Jesus' body died, but his soul/spirit did not. And as God is spirit, God the Son did not disappear into oblivion for three days; he was still in existence. Where He was is a matter of fierce debate, as the Bible does not explicitly say, but He was not annihilated for three days, if that makes sense.

Fascinating, isn't it? 😁

But.

There ain't No God of Nazareth.

No but , The word, the name Jesus appears some 900 or so times in the new test. In your fave King james Vers.

If i change the word Jesus to God, will it like, read the same way. ( to a person that has or hasn't read the bible yet. )

If YES. Jesus is in fact "God"

If NO. You post topic should of read. Jesus is God. here and here. and kind of here but jesus is not god there , there , there anddddddd there.

And I'm not 100% sure about these few.

This verse have a connect to the Exodus "I Am that I Am".

Technically Christmas is on the 25th of December even on the Julian calendar.

The Soviet Union made all the Orthodox Churches in their territory really wary about switching calendars. Another thing is the idea that switching to the GREGORIAN calendar is some kind of concession to the Pope.

The Church of Jersualem is different. Apparently when Palestine was still a British territory, they discouraged the church from switching calendars. It had more to do with the use of certain historical churches in the area and making things less crowded.

It wouldn't be correct to scribble the name Jesus out of the bible and replace it with "God" for the simple reason that this is not what is written.

I mean, I could give you other reasons, but isn't that good enough?
