And to answer your questions:
First, yes, Jesus had a human mom. Here is where you run into the doctrine of the Incarnation. Jesus on earth was not only God, He was also man. He was both. He was man in that he was born, grew up, died and was raised as a man. However, He was still God. Hebrews 2:14-17 explains the first, and Colossians 2:9 reinforces the second.
Second, that's an interesting question. In all actuality, Jesus' body died, but his soul/spirit did not. And as God is spirit, God the Son did not disappear into oblivion for three days; he was still in existence. Where He was is a matter of fierce debate, as the Bible does not explicitly say, but He was not annihilated for three days, if that makes sense.
