Jesus is God. Change my mind.
It is pointless of anyone attempting to change your mind and especially in the light that you have simply made a statement and have given no reason or offered any facts as to why you say " Jesus is god". But you are more than entitled to your beliefs, but also, it is not up to anyone to change your mind, rather, it is up to you to evidence your belief with facts and reason BEFORE issuing challenges. So, when your ready.....

And, I have the facts and reason.

@Dynasty
And, I have the facts and reason.
Telling me you have facts and reason is not the same as showing me the facts and the reasoning behind your statement. I have already asked you once to produce both. So again, when you are ready.....

Telling me you have contradictions is not the same as showing me the facts and the reasoning behind your claims.

So should i go through my bible and replace the word ( Jesus ) with the word ( God )?
-->
@Deb-8-a-bull
Technically, no. The doctrine of the Trinity states that while God is one essence, He is also three persons. He is God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. With exceptions, when the Bible refers to God, it is usually referring to the Father. When Jesus is specified, it is the Son, and when the Spirit (capital S), or the Spirit of the Lord or the Holy Spirit is named, it is the Holy Spirit. This greatly affects many aspects of Christian doctrine, especially as concerning Salvation, but also with significant impact on Eschatology (end-times).
I can provide Scripture to back up these statements if anyone is interested.
<br>Here is a link to an image that helps explain it... we really can't comprehend it, but this is at least accurate.
Hey hi josh. See what i am trying to do is.
Make a version of the bible that cuts out all this scripture business.
Like in your religious group josh. This scripture means this and that scripture means that right?
Sooooo we could like scrub out the scriptures and simply put the meaning there.
Call it the Christian bible according to ( insert religious group )
orthodox are you josh?
Do You know what i mean?
Would that work?
Hey didn't Jesus have a human Mom ?
Hey Didn't Jesus die?
So for them two or three days before he raised again, was God just,
The father and The holy spirit ?
-->
@Deb-8-a-bull
See, here's the problem with that. 😁
The Bible itself is actually true; we, as humans, are imperfect... we make mistakes. So as soon as we take the Bible and replace it with our meaning, we don't have God's Word anymore, we have man's words.
I attend a Calvary Chapel, so I am technically nondenominational. Their statement of faith provides a good basic summary of the beliefs I hold.
