Oh even that is different in the European nations etc. I promise you that no European says it 'month day' they genuinely say 'day of month'.

ITs easier to say November 10, instead of the 10th of november
Easier in what sense? One less syllable but much less logic to the brain.
It's also easier to say 'twenty nineteen November thirteen' so why not put year at the beginning if you are going to have day after month?
