On a debate sites with passionate users, you will probably tend to sees these a lot just due to the nature media consumption and how we take in the news. If a Liberal subscribed to only Liberal magazines, they are leaning toward a more strict and sometimes different view of offensive, CoC breaking rules. Different media outlets and beliefs lead to different interpretations of the CoCI often find that users report content which is clearly not against the rules. Based on context, I assume that this content is reported due to the reporter's personal objections to the content or due to the fact that the content is somehow offensive. However, reports of clearly licit content--even when that content is offensive--waste time and are not acted upon. I would urge users to be circumspect in their use of reports and to familiarize themselves with the COC.

The CoC is the base guideline for all users to follow by, but then it comes down to how to user defines to nitty gritty of the CoC. I talked about specifying the CoC DOWN A LOT in the early days of the site and I think you have done a good job with it and giving it more DO ands DONT
