I'm not going to VTL at this time though. I'll wait and see how this DP turns out and if Club is more active, then I'll maintain my VTNL. If he's inactive, then I may switch to VTLing him near the end of the day phase.

Also, since it seems no one else is really helping you to figure out what to do in this game, would you like some tips? I do recommend reading through the source material but I can try to give you some tips. I'm a very experienced mafia player, but this is only my third game of a forum mafia(so I'm new to the latter, but a lot of the strategies are similar, and I can try to note the things that are different due to it being forum)

Well, you're questioning a new player as had happened in DP1 of Celebrity mafia, which the town turned out to be wrong. I really don't think it's a good idea to start casting doubt on new players this early. They're trying to figure out how to play, so slips are bound to happen which may not actually be a slip for the side they are really on.
What you said made it seem like you casted doubt on them. I just don't see any purpose to say this otherwise.

CC is full of hubris, so he has odd pet theories and then backs them up with unwarranted confidence. I wouldn't overthink it. I do worry it will make him a terrible lawyer though. Seems like something g the typical prosecutor would do, which is why even in this day an age false convictions still happen

But an experienced player would never say this considering the claim of being a new player is in what BMD said. When would an exp player every claim to be new to the game?
