Obviously this website is not fascist, since it is neither ethnonationalist nor without meaningful democratic processes. Besides, no self-respecting fascist organization would be led by a queer lefty like myself.

What you seem to be alleging is that, because you lost a fair vote, there is somehow no longer democracy or respect for users' rights on this site. Both of those claims are absurd. In a healthy democracy, some people are always going to lose votes. That you choose to pout after losing is more a reflection on you than on the system. And, users' rights are still as robust as ever when you consider that the limitation on spam posting is a truly minuscule restriction of those rights.
