Biden just sounds like an angry old guy... he doesn't seem passionate... he seems angry and butthurt. 

Biden talking about getting 3 votes changed on the Stimulus and getting McConnell to buckle on the stimulus plans is a good start, saying sometimes you have to fight is also a good way to end. 

Bennet trying to respond is pretty nonsensical by trying to argue the Stimulus plan for the 2009 recession was somehow a victory of the tea party.

Tying Trump to Russia and Kim Jung Un kinda weak since the question was about freaking climate plans, but seems forgivable compared to how well shes been doing before.
