Hows everyone doing today?

I woke up at 9:45 after a late night, went out of my room and down to the laundry to fetch my towel. I retrieved my towel and retraced my steps to get to my wardrobe to get some clothes for today. I went to the bathroom and took a hot shower in approximately 40 degree Celsius water for approximately 10 minutes. I briefly introspected on the plight of humanity before drying off, shaving and getting dressed. I went out of the bathroom and made my way to the kitchen where I put my phone on charge and put two slices of bread into the toaster. As they cooked I was confronted with my first dilemma, what spread would I have on my toast this morning? The sheer enormity of the responsibility of the decision began to weigh down on me, and I started to sweat with anxiety. I turned around to the fridge, hoping for answers to relieve me of my mental burden. As I gazed upon the jams and condiments therein, a sense of relief began to wash through me. The decision had already been made for me by virtue of the fact that I had run out of jam. I made a silent prayer of thanks to the Lord for saving me from this tribulation and prepared Vegemite toast with tea. I returned to my room to commence a long day of study on the applications of neuroimaging in pharmacology. Suddenly I felt a strange beckoning, and opened a new tab to navigate my way here to enlighten you on a question that the Lord had obviously sent me to answer. Bless you my child for your ignorance has been illuminated.

Plutia is the CPU of alternate-world planeptune. Her HDD form, Iris heart is the kinkiest character in the entire universe. Google image search Iris heart and you'll see why I don't use her lol.

Is she good though? 

Yes, but only in attrition battles. She's pretty much only useful for her rush and her healing. So each turn if a boss is regening shields you can up her agility and use her to shield break before getting a harder hitter to do health damage. If you have another rush character though it makes more sense to not touch her agility and use her for her healing imo.
