There exists degrees of freedom.

The inviolate is eternally inviolate and no amount of will{ spirit-of-intent } can overcome.

We shall overcome, within the limits of freedom, that, is allowed by Nature//God//Uni-V-erse

Spirit-of-intent stems from spirit-2, aggregate collection of fermions and bosons as bilateral biologics

Both of the above sets of spirit are finite.  Just because macro-infinite space exists, does not mean that finite Uni-V-erse has the ability to expand infinitely.  Finite set of degrees of freedom ergo limits to freedom are eternally existent.

Radical religious extremist beliefs believe there exist no limits and no limits to freedom.

If free will existed people would occasionally resist the temptation to discuss free will.
So I am resisting it.

If freewill is an illusion some people could still sometimes be compelled not to discuss freewill. The experiment is inconclusive.

I'm not going to get into a serious debate about free will - unless there something new to be said about it you can think of!

The scenarios are not the same.
In one and 3 only 200 survive.
In 2 and 4 there is a chance for all to survive.
Bet on the longshot.

Can you demonstrate freewill?
No, only the really good illusion of free will.  Ive been very clear on this issue for some 20 years now.

Fullers states is this way Free will is limited at best ex there exist limits what a pilot can free will a plane to do, to get out of in-ward spiral towards Earth.

You tell me what demonstration would convince you and I will tell you if I can do it!

Can you do something that can be conclusively proven not to be deterministic? Can you find a way to distinguish this action from a random event? I'm not certain this would demonstrate freewill but it would be a start.

Since i hate math and stumbled myself into this thread.. as Marilyn Manson so succinctly says... "When i am god everyone dies" ... So give them treatment 3. At least we know 200 survive and we'll have 400 less humans...
