Woke up this morning, got my gun!


Welcome to the Sopranos Mafia! This is a 9 person mafia game. 
A few notes about the setup of this game

1) There is a theme split in this game that mafia are aware of
2) Mafia were not given fake claims but were given a hint about what to not claim. Mafia were also given a hint on a role that does not and does exist in this game
3) There are no 3p in this game

Vader's Rule and Regulations
  • No editing or deleting posts of any kind
  • No outside communication of mafia game (private PMs, other forum chats, other members) unless designated to do so
  • There will 72hr day phases and, 24hr night phases unless there is activity level that below 75-125 posts within this time frame. From there, 24hrs extensions will be given ONCE and ONCE only for the DP. 
  • To contact Vader about anything, private message me or ping me in game
  • If I mess up a vote count, please let me know asap so I can correct it. If I mess up anything within the game, please let me know. Humans are not perfect
  • Follow the basic CoC rules (no doxxing, attempt to doxx, etc.)
  • NEW RULE: AI can not be used when paraphrasing PM's. This will be checked using an AI humanizer that was personally developed by friends and you will be modkilled for doing as such. AI can be assisted with fake claims, but be weary as sometimes it can be a bit unconventional
Failing to do any of these things will result in a warn or modkill

Hello all. I am currently doing theme research for this game, as I don't know much about the soprano's but its always been a show in the back of my mind to watch. I probably won't be able to binge watch this like I did with castlevania in preperation for it, but I will do my best with the limited theme knowledge I have to contribute.

It’s late so I’m not going to stay on, just checking in. Like I said in the sign-ups, I have seen none of this show and I’m only familiar with the basic concept of it and some of what happens, so I’ll probably be useless on theme. Wouldn’t be able to tell you anything about my character beyond the PM if I hadn’t looked them up. Overly focusing on theme often leads me down the wrong path anyway, so might be for the best.

Anyway, I’ll check back in tomorrow.

I don't know anything about the theme. In fact sometimes I get sopranos and seinfeld confused. I did watch a clip of Tony curb stomping a guy tho.

Maybe none of us has watched it. I will not be researching this because I am town and theme analysis is dumb anyway. I only did it last game to troll lunatic knowing he was the mod and had to watch me troll him and be helpless. 

I also may have been butthurt about being caught DP1 the game prior to that soni was more incentivized to troll. 

Anyway I am going to announce who I visit every single night. I have a visiting role and just want to give everyone a heads up to who I intend to visit. No particular reason why I would do that, it's just in my nature to be transparent.

Unacceptable. Not because I am a sopranos fan, but because Jerry Seinfeld should be studied by absolutely everyone. Not only is it the greatest sitcom in history but Jerry is an incredible person.

Your trolling doesn't phase me, I know you too well. Your trolling in castlevania trolled me a lil just because I was taking your arguments seriously. But that was mostly because others weren't reading the exchange and asking stuff like "Who should I go with in this wylted vs luna situation" as if the answer wasn't obvious lol.

Yeah I agree with this actually. After last game I'd like to get  that2's claim out of the way, since it should be relatively obvious that she is scum or town based on what I just witnessed in the last game. No offense.

Just finished watching this, that is my knowledge of the show so far. I just found out there was 6 seasons, I don't know if I will watch all 6 season recaps but im not feeling it so probably not. I know the basic concept and idea of the show now at least.
