How can a man know if he is rapist?
There is the flaw in your entire argument. You being indoctrinated by a personal opinion, and fail to support its claim. You answer is: No, not all men are rapists anymore than all women are liars; either one lying to themselves about about consent of another, either before or after a sexual union. First of all, most level-headed psychiatrists who have a head screwed on that actually has a functioning brain conclude that rape is not sex, regardless of the functional tissues involved. Do not consider the act as having any relation, mentally, with your undefined words.
Your denial of dictionary definition is incorrect, at least in English: You ignore the OED [Oxford English Dictionary, unabridged], which definition does stipulate that the subject is not exclusively sexual. According to the OED, "consent" is voluntary and informed agreement, is positive and enthusiastic, is specific, but can be withdrawn at any time, is absent of coercion or force, and there must be capacity of consent by legal age, and of sound mind. What consent is not is violence or merely lack of resistance, involve intoxication or unconsciousness, being under aged, or is obtained by force, threat, or manipulation.
Therefore, if a man, or a woman [because they, too, can violate consent, or its absence, of a man] ignores the lack of consent and proceeds to attack, they ignore the negation of consent by those definitions, or agreement to consent should those latter factors be in effect. Either, or, my friend. There is no mysterious middle-ground that can be questioned. Therefore, no, all men are not rapists, and not any more than all women are.
