@Best.Korea
As I questioned previously.

Is it muscles or fat that you are trying to achieve?

I do pushups against the wall. I'm as old as Trump and this is how I look.

You won’t find Trump baring his chess anytime soon.

If you are losing weight, then muscles cannot grow properly, and the size of arms, chest and back wont increase much.

So you are shrinking.

I guess. They are made for beginners and for those with wrist problems. I am both.

Isn’t it harder to push a wall down than to push yourself off the ground like in pushups?

You still push yourself and your weight, just not against the floor but against the wall.

So you are actually testing the strength of the wall.?

Just pushing 3 times less weight than when doing real push ups.

I used to be able to do real push ups, but that was years ago.

I have gained weight since then, so I am kinda hoping to gain more weight but also turn it into muscle and size.

I dont want for all my weight to go in tummy.

But you are a trans. Why do you need muscle?

I dont do it just for muscles. My brain needs to be smarter and this helps. Plus, muscles are good and desirable. Well, at least a bit more desirable than big tummy.

By lifting some weight on your head you will be exercising areas near your brain. That will develop your brain muscle more that pushing a wall with your arms.

If you're a trans, you just need to eat more hormones and less carbs.

If you just want to look good in lycra or a swim suit. I would suggest either cycling or swimming.

Go for that lean toned look, rather than a bulging veiny look.

And do a few ab crunchers for that flat tummy, when on the beach in a bikini.

Implants of course, not too big.

And maybe get some of your fat transferred to your buttocks for that cute rounded look.

Like those Thai Lady Boys that FLRW was telling me about.

None of your suggestions appears to be working for you. You still look like your pet.
